-Vanguard should by all rights have some stake in the Frost/T-Bone confrontation further down the guard, but he hasn't been writing lately.  Let's see if he's still here or if he's gone and pulled a Brody...

-The European champion and his former ally, respectively, get ready to hook it up!  The tensions between these men have been huge of late, as the master took his former apprentice to task on Metal and cost him and TNT the tag match against XF9!  The title's not on the line--yet--but a whole lot of pride is.

Frost vs. T-Bone

-Frost's been brandishing glass like a fiend lately, so the Commissioner's decided to see if the big ice-man can walk the walk.  Both of these men look to be moving up the card a bit, and here's a big blow-off for two guys who've crossed each other's paths way too many times this past month.  Beneath the ring are several large sheets of pane glass in various shapes and sizes, most about the size of...your standard SJL table.  See where this is going?  Good.  DQs and count-outs are not in effect, and the winner is the first man to put his opponent through a pane of glass.  Now gentlemen, remember: unlike tables, glass doesn't stand so well by itself.  Be creative, have fun, and we may have a new signature JL specialty match on our hands.  Vanguard would be involved except that he's been MIA for awhile...will he have something to say about this?

Jacob Helmsley vs. Sydney Sky

-The Riot Grrrl is back, the former XF9er, the former American Sweetheart, and she makes her return to the ring against a figure from the past, the notorious Jacob Helmsley.  These two have a fair amount of history, so what'll happen when these two veterans get in the ring?  Is Syd rusty?  Is Jake's pipe rusty?  Either way...it's all good.  (And Syd: no Daybreaking the announcers!  Heh heh...)

ELIMINATION TAG MATCH

X-Force 9 (Ash Ketchum & Ced Ordonez) vs. Mafia & Flexxx

-The team of XF9 beat out the Tod-TNT connection on Metal, while Flexxx pulled out a DQ win and Mafia had the show off.  Can the new team of the Ragin' Porno Psycho and the Gangland Executioner take down XF9?  This is an elimination tag match, and DQs and countouts are in regular effect.  If a member of your team gets pinned/submits/is counted-out/TKO/whatever, you've got to go it alone against the other two.  The first team to eliminate both of their opponents wins.  Once one man is eliminated, the complete team must still tag in and out.  Hopefully that should be pretty clear.

A "Window Pain" match should be quite the delight, and Sydney Sky's back! Woo! Jacob vs Syd should be a very good match, and the main event should be fantastic as well.

Glad you all like the Window Pain match, but I must give credit where credit is due: it was originally Frost's idea.  I just gave it a couple refinements.  

 

I'm actually really excited to read it.  It's a new gimmick match, and one that doesn't reek of "ohhhhhh, so overbooked."  Now, to put my brain-child, the Steel Cage/Steel Chair match into some sort of collaboration with this...uahahahaha...

Woo!  Sweet card sez the Longdoggah.  Even after the recent bumpage of Erek and Stryke, the JL roster is still loaded with talent.  The main event should be exciting.  Ash Ketchum rarely loses a tag match, so we'll see how he shapes up with his newest partner Ced Ordonez.  Jacob Helmsley vs. Sydney Sky will be brutal, it will be violent, and it will kick ass.  I couldn't think of a better way for Sydney to come back.  I want to see some more gold in the Riot Grrl's future.  "Window Pain" match could be cool if written well.  And I won't comment on "Deathwish" vs. deKindes since I'm marking (woo!) but I expect to read some quality matches and I'm looking forward to marking for the first time.

 

OK.  Time to go finish my WF match.
