I was kind of disappointed to see Shaun of the Dead way down at number 8, but upon closer inspection one can see that it was only released on a little over six hundred screens and it had the second highest per screen average for the weekend.

 

Here's hoping that it gets a wider release and that good word of mouth (leading up to Halloween next month!) increases its revenues next weekend!
