We are getting very close to OAOAST Dirty Deeds and, let me just tell you, I am excited! But enough with the introductions! On this explosive card, we will be seeing… CRYSTAL VS. SLY SOMMERS The OAOAST Heavyweight Championship being defended between two amazing athletes. Crystal has only won the title last month, but she has already proven herself to be perhaps the hardest fighting champion of all time! Don’t forget that, in Australia, these two superstars went at it for sixty minutes! Sixty! Imagine what they might do at Dirty Deeds! And now it’s two out of three falls! We could be here until Halloween. Folks, for those of you that may not completely remember the masterpiece we got when these two athletes - who consider themselves to be close friends - let’s just have a reminder! There's a mixed reaction to that kickout from the crowd, who are all standing now. Sly freaks out after she kicks out of that, as he gets up and starts pounding the mat with his fist. The pro-Sly part of the crowd starts clapping in unison, getting behind him. Crystal pulls herself up with the ropes...and gets run DOWN with a HYOOOOGE lariat! Sly goes for the cover... 1.... 2... THR...KICKOUT! COLE We were 34/35ths of a second away from a NEW WORLD CHAMPION! Sly pulls her up and immediately positions her for the Slyledriver again. He lifts...and DRIVES HER RIGHT ON HER SKULL! Sly goes for the cover... 1... 2... SHE GETS HER FOOT ON THE ROPES! COACH So the question is still unanswered: the first match, the Thrillogy broke up the pin. In this one, she got a rope break. Can Crystal survive the Slyledriver? Sly pulls her up immediately and hooks her for it again. But, he does it too close to the ropes, as her foot gets caught in between the top and middle ropes. Sly drops her for a second just to take a break, then pulls her up slowly. He tries hooking her for the Horrorscope, but she forearms her way out. She takes a step back and charges at Sly to nail a tornado Flatliner. COLE That's a new one. Crystal shakes herself off as she sits on the mat for a second before getting to her feet and going after Sly's legs. She hooks them and goes for the Crystalling! COACH If she turns this over, it's over for Sly Sommers! She tries turning it, but Sly plants his elbows in the mat to make sure she can't turn it. She tries with all of her might, but leaves herself open for a legtrip by Sly, as he makes he fall down before leaning forward and turning her over. He hooks his leg around hers and grabs her head...to lock in the STF! COLE This move has alluded both competitors the entire match; could it be the match-maker? He cranks back on it, bending Crystal's neck back to obscene proportions. But, she still has her hands free, and is able to crawl to the ropes using them to get a rope break. Sly reluctantly lets go of the hold, and takes time to shake his knee to try and get the pain to go down a little before going after Crystal again. When he does, he starts chasing her as she's down on all fours. He dives in after her, and she goes for a tackle to the knee. But, he avoids it. COACH Those are about as primal as instincts get. He picks her up from behind in a waistlock, and drops her on her skull with a release German suplex! Sly pops up and turns her over for the pin... 1... 2... KICKOUT! COLE WOW! COACH These two have just a few minutes left; they BETTER go in for the kill NOW! Sly pulls Crystal up and yells out "ONE HIT...WONDER!" He then hooks her head in position, and spins for it. BUT, Crystal twists it herself and goes for a reverse DDT. But, he punches her upward in the jaw and turns it over again. He yells out "ONE HIT WONDER!" again, and nails it perfectly! Sly goes for the pin... 1... 2... KICKOUT! Sly sits on his BUTT, exhausted and brushing his hair out of his face. Completely covered in sweat and totally spent, Sly slowly rises to his feet. He then rises slowly to his feet, and does the universal "get up" hand signal to Crystal. She slowly struggles up to her feet. When she rises and turns around, Sly charges at her and goes for a Yakuza kick! But, Crystal grabs the leg, hooks it under her armpit, and drives it down to the mat with a DDT-like move to jam the knee! COLE That's unbelievable! Crystal keeps ahold of the foot as she immediately rises to her feet. She crosses his legs and locks in the Crystalling quickly as the crowd goes NUTS! Sly reaches out to the ropes...but she pulls him in the middle of the ring! COACH I think she's got him...and there's less than a minute left! Sly keeps reaching out for the ropes, but he can't grab them. So, he starts grabbing at Crystal's pants. She gets annoyed by it quickly, so she reaches back to bend down and smack him. But when she bends down, she leaves herself open, as Sly twists around and LOCKS IN A CRAVATE while in the Crystalling! COLE I can't believe what I'm seeing! Dueling submissions! He twists her neck as she yanks back on the Crystalling. Flashbulbs are going off in the background, fans are on their feet, and the dueling chants start again.. "LET'S GO SLY!" "LET'S GO CRYSTAL!" "LET'S GO SLY!" "LET'S GO CRYSTAL!" "LET'S GO SLY!" "LET'S GO CRYSTAL!" The referee is confused in the background, as neither competitor is letting go of their hold! BUFFER There are fifteen seconds remaining in the time limit; fifteen seconds! That announcement gets a roar from the crowd. The crowd starts counting down, as both competitors look to be starting to daze off from the pain.... TEN... NINE... EIGHT... SEVEN... SIX... FIVE... FOUR... THREE... TWO... ONE! *DING**DING* BUFFER Ladies and gentlemen...this match has gone to a time-limit draw. Crystal is STILL your OAOAST World Heavyweight Champion! Both competitors fall to the mat due to exhaustion and pain, as ring assistants run to the ring with bottles of water in tow to revive the wrestlers. COLE Crystal and Sly fought to the point of absolute exhaustion just to get a hold on the OAOAST Heavyweight Championship! Now, it’s going to happen all over again - but without a time limit! Who is going to come home as the Heavyweight Champion?! But in a card filled with big matches, that’s just the tip of the iceberg. Let’s not forget… GAUNTLET MATCH: DREK STONE VS. GUNNER SHARPS VS. PANTHER VS. THE MAD CAPPA VS. LEON RODEZ The Round Robin tournament begins, and the incredibly high stakes remain! Keep in mind that the winner of this tournament gets a shot at the Heavyweight Champion in November - and keep in mind that, at Dirty Deeds, this match is worth FIVE points. Whoever wins tonight is going to skyrocket right to the top of the rankings. And with that kind of momentum, this thing could be closed out early. There were three huge matchups this past Thursday, including the Drek Stone/Gunner Sharps match that took place after the cameras stopped rolling. Let’s take a look at the ending portion of that contest! Gunner stands in the corner, waiting for Drek to woozily make his way back to his feet! The fans start screaming as Gunner crouches down, looking ready to gore Drek Stone with the Spear! Drek finally makes his way up……GUNNER RUNS AT HIM…….. AND DREK SIDESTEPS OUT OF THE WAY!!! Gunner keeps running towards the corner and comes close to hitting the referee - BUT MANAGES TO STOP HIMSELF! He takes a deep breath, turns around…. And Drek hits him with a front dropkick, sending him hurtling back into the referee! The referee gets sandwiched in between the turnbuckle and Gunner’s massive body, and crumples down to the mat! COLE THE REFEREE IS OUT! CABOOSE Disqualify Gunner! Disqualify his clumsy ass! COACH Are you actually showing some compassion for the referee here, Boose? CABOOSE What?! He almost hit Drek Stone with his Spear. THAT’S RIDICULOUS! DISQUALIFY HIM! COLE I don’t think anyone here is surprised by that response…. The fans immediately groan when the referee hits the mat - a ref bump? Who woulda thunk it? Gunner staggers out of the turnbuckle, and Drek snaps his neck with a vicious super kick to the jaw! Gunner slowly tumbles down to the mat, as Drek looks to the timekeeper’s table with a grin on his face. He steps out of the ring and walks over to the 24/7 Championship belt sitting on the table. COLE Come on! What the hell could he be doing with that? CABOOSE Probably checking his hair, Cole. Making sure everything is place. I know you don’t understand this concept and all, but Drek is a handsome guy! He needs to make sure he looks presentable. Ignoring the protests from the timekeeper, Drek snatches the gold off the table and slides back into the ring. He stands in the opposite corner from Gunner, waiting for Sharps to stand back up. After a few seconds, Gunner uses the top rope to pull himself back to his feet. Once Gunner’s in a vertical position, Drek runs at him with the gold….. ……BUT GETS HIT WITH A SPINEBUSTER~!~! The fans let out a wild scream as Gunner completely SPIKES Drek Stone into the mat with a BRUTAL spine buster! On instinct, Gunner rolls on top of Drek, and awaits the three count! The crowd counts along! ONE! TWO! THREE!!! YES!!! Only one problem… COACH There’s no referee! CABOOSE I’m shocked! Gunner couldn’t remember he took out the ref. You would think a guy with a head that empty could have retained that information. Gunner gets back to his feet, and shoots a tired glance at the referee, who’s still down on the ground. Gunner stomps towards the corner and crouches once again, looking ready to retry the SPEAR! Drek slowly rolls over and moves to his knees, taking deep breaths in an attempt to get some oxygen back into his lungs. After a few more moments, Drek finally stands back up…….but not without a golden-plated object in his hand. Gunner runs at FULL SPEED TOWARDS DREK STONE…. …..BUT GETS DRILLED IN THE HEAD WITH THE 24/7 CHAMPIONSHIP! A loud chorus of boos breaks out in the arena as Gunner falls hard to the mat. Without thinking, Gunner tries to push his way back up, but he’s clearly too dazed to think clearly. Drek takes advantage of this opportunity, and traps a slowly rising Gunner Sharps in a DDT position. With a wide smile, he jumps up…… …..AND DRIVES GUNNER’S HEAD INTO THE GROUND WITH THE STONECUTTER!! Drek immediately turns Gunner onto his back and hooks the leg. The referee starts to crawl over as the crowd loudly screams for this injustice to be righted. ONE….. TWO….. THREE!!!! *DING! DING! DING!* A loud series of jeers break out as Drek Stone moves to his feet, arrogantly raising his arms to the crowd. COLE Folks, that’s what you DIDN’T see on Thursday! But that win sent Drek Stone up two points in the tournament. Another matchup took place on HeldDown between Leon Rodez and Panther - the only two men in the Round Robin to actually have any points. How did they turn out? Watch this! The crowd claps and stomps in anticipation as Rodez begins to bring himself back to a standing position. Once he’s on his feet, Panther moves in a grabs him with a ¾ headlock—BUT NO! Rodez shoves him into the ropes. When Panther rebounds, Rodez tries for a boot to the midsection, but it’s caught. Panther flashes a smile to his foe…only to get his head taken off with a devastating enzuiguri!!!!!!! Both men go tumbling to the mat, and the crowd goes wild. COLE Enzuiguri by Rodez. What heart it takes by that man to pull out such a move on a bad leg. CABOOSE But how much did it take out of him? COLE I dunno. We may be fixing to find out in a moment. Tina again tries to rally the crowd behind Panther, and dueling “Panther” and “Leon” chants begin to start up. Rodez is favoring his leg as Panther begins to pull himself back to his feet, firing up some of the Panther supporters in the crowd. He’s able to get back to a kneeling position, at which point, Rodez pushes himself back to his feet and charges Panther, catching him square on the jaw with a shining wizard. The crowd explodes as both men tumble back to the canvas once more. COLE Shining Wizard now by Rodez! Panther may be out here…does Rodez have enough left in him to cover?! He’s still favoring the knee, but manages to pull himself over and drape an arm across Panther’s chest for the count of… CROWD 1…2…3!!!!!!! COLE HE GOT HIM!!!!!! NO HE DIDN’T! It was just a two!!!!! Rodez slaps the canvas with frustration as he crawls out to the apron. He begins to pull himself to the top rope, causing the crowd to clamor. COLE Rodez may be getting ready to end this. He could be going for Because the Lady Loves. CABOOSE Yeah, but he’s got a bad leg. Will he be able to get this move off considering the injury? COLE We’re about to find out! Rodez is climbing very slowly, as his leg is clearly giving him lots of trouble. By the time he’s made it to the top, Panther’s already back to his feet, and he greets him with a hard right hand to the head. A second causes him to straddle the buckle, at which point, Panther begins to climb up with him, perhaps preparing to go for a Pantherplex from the top. He grabs him in a front facelock and shoots his arm back over his head, but as he’s reaching for Rodez’s leg, he catches a right hand to the gut. A second. Rodez then lifts Panther up and drops him face first onto the canvas. The crowd comes to its feet as Leon starts to stand once again… COLE Leon’s gonna try it one more time! Can he do it? Can he get that patented 450 of his?! Leon looks down onto Panther, who has now rolled over onto his back. He then takes a look into the crowd and prepares to leap… …BUT HIS KNEE GIVES OUT BEFORE HE’S ABLE TO JUMP. The crowd gives a disappointed sigh as Leon falls and straddles the top rope once again. CABOOSE I knew that was a mistake! I knew it. Panther rises to his feet, wraps his arm around Rodez’s waist and whips him off the buckle and up into powerbomb position, but Leon has the presence of mind to grab hold of the top rope to prevent Panther from hitting the move. Panther doesn’t give up, though, and tries yanking him off with all his might, but Leon just won’t let go. Frustrated, Panther pushes forward and drives Leon’s head into the top turnbuckle. This dazes him enough to cause the release as Panther yanks him out to the center of the ring and snaps him right back down onto the back of his head with Da Bomb! COLE GOOD. NIGHT!! Rodez us out, and the impact causes him to roll back onto his stomach. Panther breathes a sigh of relief before shooting the half and rolling him over into a lateral press. Hook of the leg… CROWD 1…2…3!!!!!!! DING DING DING BUFFER Here is your winner: PAAAAAAAANTHEEEEEEERRRRRRR!!!!!! “State Prop (You Know Us)” begins to play as Panther sits up with a smile on his face. He gives Leon a respectful pat on the stomach before returning to his feet to embrace Tina. COLE But that’s not it for the Round Robin! In our third matchup, the former Italian Champion met the current X-Division Champion! The Mad Cappa and The Blurricane battled it out, but it’s a shame that two unwanted guests just couldn’t keep it that way. Cappa waits for Blurricane to stand and then hits him with a hard Chop to the chest. Blurricane is dazed by the chop so Cappa whips him to the ropes and hits Flying Forearm. Blurricane goes down hard and Cappa kips back up to the delight of the crowd. Cappa then pulls Blurricane to his feet and whips him to the ropes. As Blurricane bounces off Cappa catches him with a Sleeper Hold and swings around for the Fall From Grace! COLE Fall from Grace! Cappa’s trying to end it early! CABOOSE Probably to avoid being a target for Stephen Joseph for too long out here in the ring. Cappa makes a cover. 1 2 No!! COLE Blurricane kicks out! Cappa waits for Blurricane to stand, but Blurricane stays down for a few seconds longer. Cappa walks over and suddenly Blurricane kips up into a Hurricanrana! Cappa bounces across the ring and to the floor! COACH Whoa! Nice move! Blurricane reaches his feet and plays to the crowd for a second before running and jumping backwards over the top rope with a Suicide Moonsault. The move wipes out both men as Cappa was standing when Blurricane came over the top rope. Both men lie on the mat as the fans stand and cheer. The ref begins his count. 1 2 3 4 5 Blurricane starts to move. 6 7 Cappa starts to move. 8 Blurricane slides into the ring to stop the count. COLE Blurricane is up first! Blurricane then slides back out, grabs Cappa, and slides him into the ring before waiting on the apron. As Cappa stands in the ring Blurricane hits a Springboard Sunset Flip! 1 2 No!!! COLE Only a 2 count! CABOOSE Man even I gotta say I like this match so far. COACH Yeah buddy. CABOOSE I’m not your buddy. Blurricane then waits for Cappa to start getting up and nails him with the Shining Enziguri! The fans cheer as Blurricane quickly gets back up and goes to the top rope. COLE This could be over! Suddenly Blurricane goes crashing into the ring and the fans boo loudly as we see that JAE and Cain shoved him off. *Ding Ding Ding* COLE No dammit this match was getting good!! CABOOSE I knew this would happen. JAE and Cain laugh at Blurricane as he lies motionless in the ring. COLE Hostility is really starting to rise in this tournament, and there’s no doubt that tonight will only help to further that hostility. At this point, the standings are: Panther: 3 Leon Rodez: 2 Drek Stone: 2 The Blurricane: 1 The Mad Cappa: 0 Gunner Sharps: 0 COLE But a win here can shoot anybody into first place! Five points are on the line! I wouldn’t suggest missing it. Also, on the card, we just saw this man in action a few moments ago: THE BLURRICANE VS. FATHER There is such a history between these two men, but tonight, it looks like it will all come to an end! The Blurricane will FINALLY get his hands on the man who has tried to make his life a complete and utter living hell. But don’t discount Father just yet. With the help of The Machine, things may get more wild than any of us imagine. Here’s a special video package to run down the history between these two men! VOICEOVER One year ago… Dirty Deeds, September 26, 2003: Blurricane then grabs Bizarro by the throat, lifts him up, and Chokeslams him all the way down to the roof of level 2……and he breaks through!!! JR GOOD GAWD ALMIGHTY!!!! I CAN’T BELIEVE IT!!! BIZARRO JUST BROKE THROUGH THE CAGE!! JESSE Holy Sh*t!!! There goes my money!!! Blurricane then reaches up and grabs the briefcase!! JR YES!! YES! YES!!! HE DID IT. HE DID IT!!! JESSE Well I’ll be damned! *DING DING DING* RING ANNOUNCER Here’s your winner…..and OWNER OF THE OAOAST CONTRACT!!!......THE BLURRICANE!!!!! VOICEOVER Blurricane won his freedom from Father and returned to the OAOAST. However, he never got his hands on Father before becoming injured. Judas was the one who eventually rid the OAOAST of Father and it seemed that Blurricane’s chance at revenge would slip away…until now. And now I wait my whole lifetime For you And now I wait my whole lifetime For you VOICEOVER One year to the day that he won his freedom he will now get his revenge. (Blurricane suddenly turns around to show that he was the voiceover the whole time as we fade to black.) COLE But that’s not it in the saga between The Machine and Justice Inc. Because there will also be a special tag team match that is looking to settle some issues. THE PARKA & JUDAS VS. J. ARTHUR EDWARDS AND CHRISTOPHER CAIN COLE Just as The Blurricane and Father have a long history of animosity, so too do these four men. Whether it be Cain cheating at AngleSlam to defeat Judas….. *CLIP FROM ANGLESLAM 2004* Cain stands with a chain wrapped around his hand and hides it from the ref. Cain then waves someone from the back and JAE comes running out. The fans boo as the ref cuts JAE off, but with the ref distracted Cain nails a standing Judas in the head with the chain and then tosses it to the outside! COLE Oh come on!!! Cain then lifts Judas for the Quick Death (Sitout Tombstone) and spikes him in the middle of the ring. JAE lets the ref turn around as Cain makes the cover. 1…2…3!!! * DING DING DING DING * COLE I can’t believe this! COLE Or Parka getting sneak-attacked by Christopher Cain at the Great Angle Bash in June…. *CLIP FROM THE GREAT ANGLE BASH 2004* Cain then picks Parka up and hits a Chokeslam as the fans boo COLE Oh come on!! COLE The bad blood between these two teams has been brewing non-stop! Well, in an important chapter in the storybook of this rivalry, Parka and Judas will be teaming up to finally battle J. Arthur Edwards and Christopher Cain. Will The Machine come out on top, and continue their impressive dominance over the ranks of the OAOAST? Or will Justice Inc. prove to everyone that they are the actual superheroes they like portraying, and dismantle The Machine from the inside? Only one way to find out! Also on the card… DAN BLACK VS. EL DANDY The stable wars continue when a representative of INTEN5E does a battle with a member of Los Infernales. Black, who is currently one half of the HIYAH Tag Team Champions, will be looking to put a quick end to El Dandy’s interference in INTEN5E affairs. With Stephen Joseph at the helm, this group is still looking to take control over the OAOAST - but Dandy could throw a huge wrench into their plans with a win here. The Tag Team Championship will be also defended when….. OAOAST TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP: GLOBAL PARTY XCHANGE vs. HELL’S HITMEN Hell’s Hitmen have proven themselves to be perhaps THE most dominant team the OAOAST has ever seen. Between Jingus and The Sadist, they have run roughshod over nearly every tag team in the federation - including The Global Party Xchange. Who can forget what Hell’s Hitmen did to those security guards a few weeks ago? COLE I have to give him credit, he did a stand up move in trying to halt Jingus’ rampage. That was a nasty fall and he’s just another in a long line of people who want Hell’s Hitmen’s heads. Fan’s coming up we have......God lord....Jingus and Sadist....they’ve got referee Okari Tanaka cornered. Jesus, no! Tanaka just slapped Jingus! COACH HUGE MISTAKE. COLE Let him go, Jingus! Put him down! He’s not a wrestler! This isn’t right! BURNING HAMMER! BURNING HAMMER to a fifty five year old man who couldn’t weigh more then a buck twenty.......Not again.....No not again. A THIRD BURNING HAMMER! That’s enough! This is sick! The actions of Hell’s Hitmen have been.....GOD LORD A DEVIL BOMB BY JINGUS! A DEVIL BOMB! WE’VE SEEN ENOUGH! Tanaka is dead! He’s dead! These two, I hesitate to call them men, these two monsters have done....my word....No!!!!! Now Sadist has him! That’s enough damn it! Somebody put a stop to this!!! “GPX! GPX! GPX!” The crowd chants in unison. COACH Here comes OAOAST security! CABOOSE Lambs to the slaughter. “GPX! GPX! GPX!” COLE My stars and garters! Sadist with a DOUBLE CHOKESLAM to two of our security staff members! He hit another one with a big boot! Oh god!!! Sadist just got another one with a clothesline! Three men are down!...... And a fourth just got powerbombed!!!!!! These are people with families. They aren’t trained to handle this kind of....SIT OUT CHOKE SLAM BY JINGUS! Look at the carnage! God almighty look at the carnage! These aren’t small men, folks. These security guards get into the upper two hundreds in weight and Hells Hitmen have disposed of them like children. COLE Or what they just did to GPX only a few days ago… The Sadist goes to the top...VIYA CON DIOS! (Go with God--Sadist clotheslines III while JINGUS powerbombs him to the mat) The crowd ERUPTS. THE GLOBAL PARTY XCHANGE ARE HERE! WHAM! COLE Scotty nailed The Sadist with the tag title belt. Johnny is doing the same but due to Jingus' mask, he's having a tough time knocking him off his feet. J.J. repeatedly bashes the belt across JINGUS' face but it doesn't faze the big man one bit. As a matter of fact, he urges Johnny to continue hitting him. Jackson asks him to hold on one second. He takes a few steps back... JOHNNY Fore! JINGUS curls over, groaning. COLE (CONT'D) ...Getting kicked in the balls hurts. CABOOSE As does getting fucked up the ass. Right, Cole? COLE Shut up! GPX hit the ropes. DOUBLE SPIN-WHEEL KICK. The Devilman goes down! Scotty & Johnny head to the top. The crowd goes wild as GPX simultaneously come off the top with a FLYING ELBOW DROP & STATIC SHOCK (Swanton Bomb). Johnny springboards on the second rope for a Lionsault, but THE SADIST BASHES HIS HEAD with the TAG TITLE BELT. Jackson falls hard on the canvas, Scotty dives over-the-top rope with a PESCADO but Sadist catches him, flips him on his back for a SOMOAN DROP on the floor. He slides him back in the ring, while JINGUS sits-up. CABOOSE Things aren't looking too good for GPX. COACH Thanks for that insight commentary. CABOOSE Don't mention it. That's why I get paid the big bucks. Mega bucks. Just without Andre & Virgil. COLE JINGUS applies a CLAW HOLD on Scotty, lifts him up to the heavens and drops him down to the depth of hells with the CLAW SLAM (chokeslam, but rather than lifting by throat, lifts by the head instead). The Sadist with an STO on Johnny, then comes crashing down on Jackson's throat with an ELBOW DROP. But Hell's Hitmen aren't done dishing out the pain to Johnny just yet. Somebody stop these two! This isn't right. CABOOSE Look at all the OAOAST officials around the ring. Help is here, but so is Hell. If you wanna play with fire, you're going to get burned. And GPX is getting burned alive. Burn, baby, burn! JINGUS hits him with a JUMPING TOMBSTONE PILEDRIVER, while Sadist gives Scotty a TRIPLE POWERBOMB (3 powerbombs without letting go). The two monstors grab the tag titles and look at them, rubbing them, captivated by the shiney gold. They throw the belts down on GPX and look into the sky... or the arena lights, in this case. OAOAST officials slowly make their way into the ring to help GPX out. As we go to break, we get a close-up of Hell's Hitmen menacing faces. COLE Was that a sign of things to come at Dirty Deeds? Will Hell’s Hitmen find a way to walk out with the Tag Team Titles? Or will GPX once again do something that many doubt was possible, and retain their championships? This is going to come down to being a matchup of brains against brawn. Skill against power. GPX have the ability and the mindset to outwrestle Jingus & The Sadist - but will the power just be too much to overcome? It remains to be seen. Of course, I can’t forget: NO DISQUALIFICATION: HOFF VS. CHRIS STEVENS The rivalry between these two men just continues to grow hotter and hotter. They have gone from fighting viciously tooth-and-nail to actually coming close to getting along with one another. But there has always been, and probably always will be, some sort of tension in this relationship. This thing goes way back to Northern Pro, where these two superstars would often exchange pinfalls with one another. It then moved onto the OAOAST - where it got a hell of a lot worse. Hoff was on top of the world in August with the 24/7 Title around his waist - but Chris Stevens ended that as quick as he could. Hoff keeps waving Stevens up, as Chris uses the ropes to climb up to his knees! Meanwhile, Gunner blows past security and slides in the ring!! The fans are buzzing, and Hoff's grin gets even bigger...before his eyes go wide!! The smile quickly fades as Hoff looks horrorstruck! Hoff turns around.... AND GETS SPEARED OUT OF HIS BOOTS!!!! COLE SHARP END!! SHARP END BY GUNNER!! Gunner pops up and looks down at Hoff, shouting a stream of curses as Hoff grabs his midsection! CABOOSE Come on, Stevens should be disqualified! COLE The ref is letting it go! It's the 24/7 Title! Gunner hops out of the ring, raising both arms into the air as the fans explode! Hoff rolls around on the mat...as Stevens find his feet! CABOOSE Oh no, I forgot about Chris Stevens!! Hoff, GET OUT OF THERE!! Gunner looks on at ringside, shouting at Stevens! Stevens surveys the damage...and heads to the apron!! Stevens climbs up the ropes! COLE YES Stevens is gonna hit the big Frog Splash on Hoff! COACH If he does hit it, it'll be all over!! CABOOSE No, no, no! Hoff...move!!! Stevens stands upright and looks down at Hoff, and jumps.....and HITS THE FROG SPLASH!!!! CABOOSE NOOOOOOOO!!!! Not like this!! The ref makes the cover as the fans, and Gunner, count along! ONE!!!!!! TWO!!!!!!!!!! THREE!!!!!!!!!! THE FANS EXPLODE!! *ding ding ding ding ding* CABOOSE NO!! COLE Hoff would later win back the title that very next week, but of course, not without the interference of Thrillogy. Chris Stevens looks on as the ref argues with Calvin as Zack Malibu sneaks to the other side without being seen! Zack quickly hops up onto the apron, shaking the ropes and causing Stevens to crotch himself on the top buckle! COACH Ouch! Hard landing! COLE Come on, someone get them out of here!! Zack shouts for Hoff to get up as Calvin hops back down to the floor. Hoff slowly begins to stir, shaking the cobwebs out of his head as he gets to his knees. Stevens is still dazed as Hoff finds his feet, and heads to the corner. Hoff climbs up to the first rope...but Stevens punches him in the face! Stevens blasts Hoff again, and the big man stumbles back onto the floor! Stevens grabs Hoff by the head, and quickly jumps off the second rope, scoring with a Tornado DDT!!! CABOOSE NO!! ACK!! HOW!! COLE He's the champion!! And he is gonna beat Hoff!! Stevens makes the cover...but there's no ref!! Stevens gets up and looks behind him, where Calvin Szechstein has AGAIN distracted the official!! Stevens walks to the scene and grabs Calvin, hurling him over the top rope and into the ring!! Stevens starts hammering on Szechstein as the fans cheer, but the referee breaks it up!! The official ushers Calvin out of the ring...and no one sees Malibu slide in the other side!! COACH Chris, look out!! Stevens jaws with Calvin as the ref escorts him out, then turns around RIGHT INTO SCHOOL'S OUT!!! COLE NO!! DAMMIT, DAMMIT, NO!! The fans are IRATE as Zack slides out of the ring. The referee turns back to the action, as Hoff slowly turns over and drapes one arm over Stevens' chest!! COLE NOT LIKE THIS!!!! ONE!!! TWO!!! THREE!!!!! *ding ding ding* COLE DAMN IT ALL!! DAMN HOFF, DAMN THE THRILLOGY, DAMMIT!! CABOOSE YES!! HE DID IT!! I knew he would!!! I knew it all along!!! The fans begin pelting the ring with garbage as Buffer reads the decision from ringside. BUFFER The winner of this contest, and NEW Twenty-Four-Seven Champion......HOFF!!!! For the next month, the hatred between Stevens and Hoff loomed larger, and an explosion between the two looked imminent. But they then did something none of us could have possibly expected - they teamed up against Gunner. If only for a little while. The fans boo a little as Stevens calls something out to Hoff, and the big man nods. Stevens grabs Gunner again, pulling him up and whipping him into the ropes. Gunner comes back, and Stevens leapfrogs him, allowing Hoff to catch the champ with a front spinebuster!! Hoff pops back up after the big move, and Stevens capitalizes with a standing moosault onto Gunner! The referee drops to his knees to make the count, but Stevens gets back to his feet, smiling! Hoff smiles as well! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Stevens looks at Hoff, and points to the sky, and Hoff grins a toothy grin and nods. Stevens hops onto the arpon, and climbs up a corner as Hoff pulls Gunner back to his feet! Hoff heads over to the corner, and pulls Gunner into a standing headscissors. Hoff reaches down and pulls Gunner up onto his shoulders... COLE What power! ...and Stevens jumps off, hooking Gunner for a DDT! Hoff turns, swinging ALL THREE men around, before falling backwards, as Stevens drops Gunner down with a SUPER tornado DDT!! "HO-LY SHIT, HO-LY SHIT, HO-LY SHIT" COLE That was INSANE!! COACH But...a move like that...guys, they have to have teamed together!! I mean, Hoff just knew what Stevens wanted to do there! But... ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- The fans are still in awe as Stevens spins up to one knee, looking very pleased with himself. Hoff gets to his feet, slowly, as the 24/7 Champion lies nearly still on the mat, clutching his head. Stevens gets to his feet, and he and Hoff slap hands, looking down at the carnage they've caused. Suddenly, the two men snap their heads back, looking eye-to-eye at each other. They turn their bodies, squaring up against each other, and locking their gazes. They take another step towards each other, jawing at each other... COLE Looks like the marriage has ended! ...before simultaneously firing right hands! Both men stagger back, then charge each other, falling in a wild brawl to a HUGE pop! Both men roll across the mat, one on top, then the other, brawling wildly! Stevens gets to his feet, firing right hands down onto the back of Hoff's head, but Hoff tackles him back to the mat and begins punching down at Stevens!! Both men get to their feet, still entangled! Hoff and Stevens brawl into the corner, where Hoff throws Stevens into the buckle. Hoff throws a clothesline, but Stevens ducks and spins away, trapping Hoff in the corner! Stevens CHOPS Hoff hard, and Hoff reels before spinning Stevens back around! The two men brawl again, coming out of the corner.... -------------------------------------------------------------- COLE The competition between Chris and Hoff is just so strong that any partnership probably isn’t meant to be. Chris Stevens has something to prove here. Plain and simple - he wants to prove that he IS better than Hoff. That has always been his goal, and tonight is perhaps his biggest opportunity to prove it. And while beating Chris Stevens is just as important to Hoff, he is looking for something bigger - he is looking to get back a hot streak that seems to have evaporated as of late due to the efforts of Chris Stevens and Gunner Sharps. The stakes are high in this one, but only one man will come out on top. And finally…. CASKET MATCH: ZACK MALIBU VS. AXEL Zack Malibu and Axel will battle it out until one man is so fatigued - so injured - that he can’t help prevent a heavy wooden lid from sealing him off from the rest of the world. No one can ever mistake Zack and Axel for liking each other. Zack came close to nearly ending Axel’s life by throwing him off of a HeldDown stage while he was locked in a casket. Axel has helped further dismantle Zack’s sanity by outmaneuvering him at nearly every turn. They can’t wait to get at each other, and tonight could lead to the end of one of their careers, if not both. The casket match is one of the most dangerous matchups used in the OAOAST - and tonight, the brutality that is sure to arise will be no exception. Let’s take a look at this special video package to know just why these men are meeting here under such dire circumstances. *A guitar solo starts to play as we get a short clip of Axel walking to a wrestling ring with a serious look on his face. The clip is then followed with one of Zack Malibu making the same march, his growing insanity becoming ever more evident.* *The picture slowly fades into a staredown between Zack Malibu and Axel* I will fight till there’s nothing left….. *We see Zack and Axel going punch-for-punch in the center of the ring* Till my legs are gone, you won’t forget me…… *Axel steps out onto the stage to interrupt a furious Zack Malibu during an interview. The wild reaction of the crowd can be seen* Cuz I will fight till my final breath…. *A shot of Zack hitting Axel with School’s Out is shown, followed by a clip of Axel kicking out right before the three count* Just to see you fall, I’ll make you fear me. *Zack is shown tapping out in the Devil’s Clutch!* Everytime you think I’m done…. *Zack gives Axel a vicious Pop Drop, then stands up with a wide grin on his face* I come back stronger….. *Axel violently clotheslines Zack over the top rope, and screams angrily at him as Zack retreats away from the ring* And every time that you think you have got me… *Clip is shown of Thrillogy locking Axel into a casket, and hurling it off of the HeldDown stage!* I WILL FIGHT YOU…. *Axel slides out of a Pop Drop attempt and hits the Axel Slam! AND I WILL PUT YOU IN THE GROUND!!
