Need help with usenet/alt.binaries

So I know nothing about this kind of stuff, but I know that there are the new OnA shows (http://www.newzbin.com/browse/post/798976/) posted there. I have NO IDEA how to download them or listen to them, and the FAQ type stuff is like a foreign language. Is anyone familiar with this type of thing? I need MAJOR help!
