Eclipse 0 Report post Posted October 6, 2004 Well, alot of these things have been advertised, but this one seems like the easiest. Basically, it's a venture into real estate. It's called Winning in the Cash Flow Business, run by America's Note Network. http://notenetwork.com/ Well, you make money by getting these notes posted on to a site, and you secure the deals. One person, in a 30 day period, made 2000 bucks on a note deal, and made 28 more deals, in which totalled over 1.29 million dollars! You get a starter kit for this for around 125 bucks. Then, comes this, is this real? Like, it would be nice to make 2000 right away, since I got loans to pay, and stuff to buy. Even my mom said let's try it for the hell of it. I just wanna talk to someone who as actually used this system and worked. Man, these commercials entice you, and they get the job done...LOL. What are your thoughts on this? Art Sandusky 0 Report post Posted October 8, 2004 Is this the one with the twin midgets in suits selling their real estate plan to people who somehow don't notice anything strange about it.
The Amazing Rando 0 Report post Posted October 8, 2004 I always liked the other guy that looked like some spoiled rich kid surfer who got rich on real estate. I can't remember his name, but i'm sure he had jail time for fraud a while back.
EVIL~! alkeiper 0 Report post Posted October 8, 2004 Take a note of when they say in small print, "Results not typical." If it was that great of a money making opportunity, they would do it themselves instead of scamming you into doing it.
Ced 0 Report post Posted October 8, 2004 Ever stop to wonder if these people make more money selling their cash flow plans than, you know, actually following their cash flow plans? Those late night ads always remind me of my favorite quote from a guy trying to sell me into buying into his cash flow program: "I've done jail time before, and so has my partner, but..." He then proceeds to pull a legitimate wad of $20 bills of his pocket to try to make me forget that part of his speech. At that point, I was out the door with as much free food as I could pilfer from the snack table.
Eclipse 0 Report post Posted October 8, 2004 Yeah, of course I see the Results not Typical thing. I just feel like trying it for the hell of it. And, the one I am talking about isn't the 2 midgets. It's some bald guy, hell, he is on the site I linked to.
