The Electrifyer 0 Report post Posted October 8, 2004 My MP3 player only has 128 megs of space available, yet a lot of my MP3s are 196kbps files. So a lot of the times, I want to put some songs on my player but they wont fit. What file or program can I re-encode MP3's with (for free), so that I can turn them into a lower bitrate?
