Hoff 0 Report post Posted November 3, 2004 HI-YAH is a prominent Japanese promotion working in a cross-promotional agreement with the OAOAST to showcase new stars for each company. This has led to several HI-YAH belts appearing and being defended on OAOAST television. In short, it's a way to get more titles over here, or a way to go away for awhile.
