Fresno State is currently up 28-0 over Hawaii in the 2nd quarter. EDIT Fresno State is now up 49-0 at the half. I think they've opened up a full case of whoop-ass out there. Vern Gagne 0 Report post Posted November 13, 2004 I hate Indiana. Losers run 4 fucking times inside the two yard line. Pass the ball it's what got you down the field in the first place.
Bored 0 Report post Posted November 13, 2004 I'm going to assume Auburn (up 24-0) and Kent State (up 48-3!) both win their games so here are the match-ups decided so far today: #3 Syracuse (Canadian Chris) def. Michigan State (Dangerous A*) by forfeit Boston College (HarleyQuinn) def. West Virginia (Loaded Glove) by forfeit #10 Hawaii (Will Scarlet) def. #7 Stanford (Bored); Will holds tiebreak Notre Dame (Lando Griffin) def. Bowling Green (iggymcfly); Lando holds tiebreak Florida State (2GOLD) def. Rutgers (the pinjockey); 2GOLD holds tiebreak * - Michigan State is now a dead team. teke184 will use his picks from the the final two weeks of the regular season. CanadianChris 0 Report post Posted November 13, 2004 Can he use them this week, so my SOS doesn't get destroyed?
iggymcfly 0 Report post Posted November 13, 2004 Forfeits from other teams actually help your strength of schedule. It just counts as if the other team made one less correct pick than you did.
Bored 0 Report post Posted November 13, 2004 No, I give a team two forfeits before they go dead. You'd be losing to teke at the moment if we did use his picks. Besides your strength of schedule isn't going to get destroyed as long as you picked well. Remember going into your SOS this week will be one point less than the number of picks you correctly make (i.e. if you pick 14 right, you'll get a 13 in the SOS). CanadianChris 0 Report post Posted November 14, 2004 Is that right? For some reason I flashed back to a rule that gave forfeits a 0 for everyone. Good one, then.
Vern Gagne 0 Report post Posted November 14, 2004 When does the season end and do you need a .500 record to be Bowl eligible?
Bored 0 Report post Posted November 14, 2004 Yes, you have to finish with at least seven wins to be bowl eligible. Dead teams are not eligible for conference chamionship or bowl games. Florida and Tulane are both up big so I'm calling both of those games.
