Arkansas's most popular sports team is the University of Arkansas Razorbacks, and their nickname is the Hogs.

 

ASU is a small local college, and the UofA is the only nationally competitive university, so all the minor schools support the Razorbacks as well.

So, they "enjoy" being called hogs.

 

Call me crazy, I guess I've lived in rich surburbia way too long.

 

Nice kick from RVD, but can anyone honestly say that this feud will do more for RVD than RVD vs. Hennig would've done?  Or RVD vs. Funaki would be better than Runnels.

If the WWF was in Atlanta and said "I came to see some Braves" he would get the same reaction.

 

Of course, I think Vince just wasn't paying attention, and was referring to the Arkansas Hog Farmer stereotype, and didn't know that the local sports team was called the Hogs.

And Kurt Angle is facing Godfather.  Didn't Angle beat Godfather in his third match in the WWF?

 

And Angle's INTENSE.  Couldn't the same thing have been acheived by Angle beating up Godfather backstage, then facing someone lik Val Venis, who has a little legitamacy.

 

Now, it's 50 minutes without an interesting thing as Godfather taps out.
