With the Pats and Steelers both having wimpy schedules with exception of Baltimore games, there is NO excuse if they dont clinch the bye's... Pats lose tonight 3-2.

Browns add another TD to the game and it's now 34-41. and there's still 19 minutes to play. So each team will likely add another pair of TD's.

And I think I'm the only one here... at least the only vocal one I can't really comment on my team's game right now since I can't see or hear it. I have to rely on dubious gamecasts. I think Vern is too. I've got the game. Vikes lead 20-13 off of a TD reception by Moss, but the Vikes D is having an awful job stopping Taylor right now.
therealworldschampion Posted November 28, 2004 Report Posted November 28, 2004 Technically the Eagles should only be up 14-6, considering one of those field goals was a result of a dropped gimme interception, and another was a bad spot (Boy refs love giving bad spots in Eagles games, don't they?) The refs are sucking for both sides, Shockey has held about 4 times and the refs have missed the call.

therealworldschampion Posted November 28, 2004 Report Posted November 28, 2004 The Eagles run defense has looked OK in this game, as most of the yards they gave up were a result of the first drive(big end-around play, couple of Barber rushes) and just letting Ron Dayne have some yards with 10 seconds left in the first half.

Everytime the Giants do something right, and it looks like their about to take control of a game, they do somthing stupid. i.e Manning throwing interception against Falcons, Manning throwing interception in endzone, kick return for TD with a minute left against Eagles last year, squib kick gone wrong against Cowboys last year.

To think this team in the 80s and early 90s was probably known as the most disciplined on field team in the league (along with the 49ers and Redskins maybe), and now they turn the ball over at will and commit SO MANY dumb penalties. And it's 27-6 Eagles
