Enough with the Womens title. I have been one for the past few years who didn't much like the fact the WWE dissolved most of their circa 90's titles Hardcore Euro, IC and US for a time etc etc. However The womens title for some reason they feel like keeping around... Why?

 

On a purely wrestling standpoint there is only four viable women wrestlers active in the WWE. Ivory is off on that soon to be canceled WWE experience crap so shes out. And for cost cutting measures they fired Gail Kim and Jazz

 

Now say what you will about Gail, she was a Lucha lyte when she entered the WWE and did more trips slips and crashes than Tope's and Hurricanrana's but when she did her OVW stint and came back she Improved vastly. They just never developed a personality for her to match it.

 

and Jazz, well I think that was pure Sexism. Jazz was built like a solid wrestler and not some playboy bunny part time wrestler lying on the beach for a layout bullshit. She was as legit of a professional wrestler as it can be. Hell a guilty what if of mine was back during Chyna's ill fated reign as the Women's champion, where she squashed every other female in the fed, I was kinda hoping the WWF picked up Jazz a few months prior to when they did. Jazz could have storyline wise go toe to toe with Chyna. Would have been an even fight than the woman beast vs the underwear models. Jazz came in and brought her A game... She was wrestling during the time where the Women were busting out more Moves than the Guys hossing it up. Fisherman Buster's Japanese Submissions, a SUPER Fisherman Buster jesus Christ! But NoOOoOOo she won't get implants she is off on her highly toned ass.

 

There is absolutely no point for the Womens title. Outside of these last feeble angles I don't see how you can generate any interest for the same four wrestlers duking it out. and whatever "Diva's" they hired after this whole Cost cutting Kick people out of their careers because Stephanie wanted heated car seats or some shit.. The Divas 9 times out of 10 were not hired to go out there and wrassle but do what we saw on Raw... Just be T & A and thats all.

 

 

Another thing, You know its bad enough that Bruce Prichard tried to make it his mission in life to destroy the cruiserweight title. brotha love got no love for the little guys apparently. But once again this title gets lost in the noise of Hosses bellowing and Cole squealing in front of Heidenreich (Draw your own conclusions) The cruiserweights they have, Spike, Chavo, Rey, Kidman, London, Akio, Funaki (The token Cruiserweight Jobber and Former fucking Super-J Cup Contestant) A little bit more healthy a "Divison" than say the womens title.. But again they aren't even getting pushed on the one show that was mean't for them to get pushed. And when Asai returns maskless sadly...he will also be lost in the shuffle, probably won't get to slip down another Wrestlemania runway again. I don't advocate the dissolving of this title like the played out crappy womens title of pointlessness...But if you are gonna have the cruiserweight title, and cruiserweights then have Cruiserweight matches, hell title matches...preferribly like on a PPV like any other title. Now the word is they only hunting guys who measure at least 6 foot and 240 pounds... well geez just get the Big Show to Shit on the Collective bunch of the Cruiserweights then Vince if thats what you think about them. That just gurantees that the Cruiserweight title sooner or later will stagnant like the Womens title because those few cruiserweights will start dropping like flies.

I kind of agree, I like watching the girls wrestle (those who know how to wrestle though) and have liked the division for a while, but now it's just pure crap. It's not a division, it's the Lita and Trish show, everyone else is just an extra. The only reason i don't want the belt to go is I don't want Molly out of a job, having the belt and needing someone to make Lita, Stacy and co look good is what's saved her IMO. But then again, if Molly hit the indies again it might be the best thing for her career.

Just kill the women's division completely. It's not like anyone cares outside of looking at them. They can still have matches if they really have to, but just keep them as a side attraction, like Orton did with them on Monday (albeit less drawn out)

They'd supposedly meant to focus more on the European market with it at the time, but I think plans changed and it quickly turned into a title that low-carders fought over.

Trish Stratus is possibly the hottest heel in the company right now, but she has no one to play off of that is as charismatic as her, so all storylines are doomed to a dead end. Perhaps when Evolution disbands, she should become a manager of a stable of main event guys and be put in the top storylines. I don't know.

 

I think it's fair to refer to her as the Rocky of the women's division.

Like everything else the WWE has taken a good idea and totally saturated us with these friggin "Divas"...what started with Sable as a cool filler for the fans has turned stupid...I could care less about seeing another diva in her bra and panties because I've now seen it a million times...I found it funny when nobody even cheered at Stacy Keibler on Raw this past Monday when she stripped...it was even in her home town...I'm not saying that they don't have a place but to get rid of Gail Kim, Jazz,Jaqueline and Nidia, the only non-white chicks on the damn show I might add, was a stupid idea since three out of the four are better than what we have left with the exception of Victoria. If they want a viable division then why make such a dumb move and then bring in all those damn contest losers. I swear that Vince is seriously tired of running the WWE and really does want to bring it close to disaster and then give it to his kids so that when it finally does fold that he can say that he wasn't to blame for it.

Well she lost it now. Get rid of it, as the division is Molly, Victoria, Trish, and Lita. Watching Stacy try to wrestle is like watching me try to operate a cell phone. Maria is a nice girl, and we shouldn't try to make her wrestle. Candace is probably just some stripper chick. Christy can't survive in a division where the hair pull is a staple of the moveset.

 

EDIT: Unless she's like those lizards that sever their tails when you catch them and run away, in which she could no-sell the hair pull because she wouldn't be going along with the hair. Money in the bank. Also, the Women's Championship should explode and turn into a star child.

I had a similar idea for her. Since the women's division is basically dead, I was thinking Trish should try to weasel her way into Evolution itself by moving through the ranks from Batista to Flair to finally HHH. Basically, "sleeping" her way to the top. Eventually, HHH would be so enamored that she'd basically be the figurehead leader of the group, although I would never ever see that actually happening. It's too bad too since she's a better talker than Trips.

Just get rid of all the fucking women. Im sick of the 20 minute limbo segments or lingerie contest or bra and pantie matches or whatever shit they come up with. It kills all the crowds and doesn't draw ratings.You could literally hear crickets chirping on the TV during the Diva Search segments. It's not fair to the other wrestlers that they have to work twice as hard just to get the fans into their match because they've just had to sit through some 20 minute segment with the women. People watch wrestling because they want to see wresting, not the women. You can watch porno and see women just as if not more attractive then the women in WWE. I love watching every single WWE show be it TV or PPV, as soon as the fans recognize one of the women coming to the ring, you can clearly see everyone making a mass exodus to the bathroom / merchandise table / concession stand.

I agree. End the Women's title because there's only 4 people competing for it, and that's going to get really old really fast. It's already becoming stale because it seems like it's always Trish or Lita that has the title, and frankly, I don't care anymore.
