Guest Salacious Crumb Report post Posted December 7, 2004 I just downloaded the video and there's really nothing the WWF can sue over. You can't hear any voices and WWF employees are completely blurred out. You can't even tell who anyone is.

Guest Salacious Crumb Report post Posted December 7, 2004 what wwe guys were in the footage? and how did they react? Benoit and Mysterio are in it but I only know that from the reports I read about it months ago. You honestly can't tell who anyone is.
Guest The Shadow Behind You Report post Posted December 7, 2004 Doesn't Matter. TNA hyped it as WWE Footage and showed their workers on their property (They had rented out the Studio for that Rumble promo shoot) and filmed them without their consent and aired them without their constent. Some are arguing that this will only help TNA. How? They have no case here and it basically kills the company dead. WWE won't mention it outside the business part on the site and maybe the shareholder's meetings and that's it. Honestly speaking? I think Vince might just be trying to find a way to obtain their video libary to add to his collection where he can go "Here's one of them renegade companies who thought they could play with us HA HA HA!" to himself when he's 77 in Titan Towers Video Vault. Maybe he really wants AJ Styles again and instead of waiting for his contract to expire, he'll just buy him from Panda. Styles and Abyss are the only ones who would get a job with WWE from TNA. The rest were already in WWE anyways(Jarrett, Killings, 3LK, Raven, Douglas, Page, Skipper and others) or are too small and un "pushable" (Sabin and Daniels). Da Maintenance Man 0 Report post Posted December 8, 2004 Uhhh...Styles is too small as well. I doubt WWE would sign him. He MIGHT get a fair chance but I doubt he'd make it past a few Cruiserweight title runs. After that it'll be Velocity for the Phonomenal One.
