I don't know, but to find my game file was just gone after throwing 35hrs worth of time into it really pissed me off. I called EB and because me and my father go there so much they said they would refund the entire amount and let me get something else.

I'm going to write Lucas Arts a letter pleading with them that they fix the bugs and glitches before releasing it as a Platinum Hit. If they do then I will surely pick it up again. Until then I'm going to be filling my gamer life with alot of Splinter Cell.

If you've started a new game it'll show your saved games on a different screen then the one you'd get when you go to load game. You need to press either x or y to switch characters. It says on the bottom of the screen which button will do it.

Did that and then even checked the X-Box memory. It was gone.

That was the most anticlimatic ending ever. Suxor. Man, the first one was so much better, from the story, to the characters, everything. I liked the story of the exile a lot and what it represented, but everything down to the final battle with Malak in the first game had a feel of importance to this one, whereas the final battle.. which is actually more like 3 final bosses.. was tough, but beatable, and you aren't really rewarded with anything cool at the end. Fuckin lame, man.

And I was planning to go through it again as a dark sider to see if it would be more fun, but now I'm not so sure if I might just eBay it and move on.

There's not much difference between the LS and DS endings - the only difference is that You throw Darth Traya down some canyon into the depths of Malachor. Other than that, the game is pretty much the same all the way through.

Yeah but is the game much more enjoyable as a DS?

I'm really disappointed by it. The first one was better.

It's cool to be an evil dick and kill innocent people, but it's so hard to balance it out. With the influence system they have, if you do evil shit around Bao-Dur, Handmaiden, or (sometimes) Kreia, you lose influence...basically to play the game through on DS you have to constantly switch your party out to make sure that everything works out. Plus you have to worry about Kreia telling you every two seconds that mindless killing is wrong and effects the Force and blah blah blah.

Hey, so I started a new game as a female Consular since I've never got Disciple before - that's a badass character. Does anyone know how to gain influence with him though? My only conversation options are asking him questions that are always answered with Influence Failure.

HK talking about his former companions was great... There's something about Bastila saying "mucus-covered", y'know? But I'm totally blanking on who that guy was. Oh, well.

Carth "God shut up you whiny ass crybaby" Onasi. I turned evil just for the chance to kill him. I tried and I tried, but I never found out the right conversation choices to keep him from running off like a little bitch so that I could stick my lightsaber down his throat.

The story and the main character in 1 are much better, though in my opinion. Wasn't too fond of Visas either, I grew quite fond of Bastila in the first one though.

Yeah, I was lost at times with the story, it wasn't made very clear the reasons for what you were doing, especially when it came to the Mandalorian War. At least in the first one they could use the amnesia to say why the main character couldn't remember things, but in the 2nd it seemed liked there were things your character should have known but you obviously didn't

I blame it not just on the obviously buggy and shoddy/rushed programming job that was apparent in the game, but also on how you choose how the first one ended. They could have just asked at the beginning of the game if you played the first one and how you would have preferred that end. Doing it through the conversations at the beginning confused the fuck out of me, and I believe Keyra and Atton as well.
