Guest The Winter Of My Discontent Posted January 2, 2005 Report Posted January 2, 2005 Jackson should be starting ahead of Faulk from now on.
Guest Salacious Crumb Posted January 2, 2005 Report Posted January 2, 2005 Was 2001 when they only had to beat a horrible Bears team to make the playoffs or was that the season before?
Guest Flyboy Posted January 2, 2005 Report Posted January 2, 2005 Excuse me while I go cry on teke's shoulder.
Guest Salacious Crumb Posted January 2, 2005 Report Posted January 2, 2005 Great now we get to deal with Martz acting like he's still a genius despite the fact that the Eagles gave them a gift last week.
Guest The Winter Of My Discontent Posted January 2, 2005 Report Posted January 2, 2005 Great now we get to deal with Martz acting like he's still a genius despite the fact that the Eagles gave them a gift last week. Thats the sad part. That talentless piece of garbage will keep his job because of this.
Guest Flyboy Posted January 2, 2005 Report Posted January 2, 2005 Excuse me while I go cry on teke's shoulder. *cries*
Guest Smues Posted January 2, 2005 Report Posted January 2, 2005 It's good, Rams go to the playoffs. Now Seattle needs to loss so we have an 8-8 division champion.
CanadianChris Posted January 2, 2005 Report Posted January 2, 2005 Dan Dierdorf is the dumbest person on TV right now.
Guest Smues Posted January 2, 2005 Report Posted January 2, 2005 If he's the one that just said the Rams just won the division then yes I agree.
Guest Salacious Crumb Posted January 2, 2005 Report Posted January 2, 2005 Dan Dierdorf is the dumbest person on TV right now. Nah, the ESPN Sunday Night crew is a lot worse than him.
bob_barron Posted January 2, 2005 Report Posted January 2, 2005 I think my mom has never heard me curse so much
CanadianChris Posted January 2, 2005 Report Posted January 2, 2005 Incidentally, that the Rams and Vikings are going to the playoffs and the Bills and Jaguars aren't is criminal.
Guest The Winter Of My Discontent Posted January 2, 2005 Report Posted January 2, 2005 Incidentally, that the Rams and Vikings are going to the playoffs and the Bills and Jaguars aren't is criminal. Agreed. The Vikings lost to the motherfucking Redskins!
bob_barron Posted January 2, 2005 Report Posted January 2, 2005 Fucking Jets. Fucking Vikings. So close and so so far. I'm so deflated right now
packwingfn Posted January 2, 2005 Report Posted January 2, 2005 NFC Wild Card Matchups: Minnesota at Green Bay Seattle/St Louis, not sure where till end of Seattle game.
CanadianChris Posted January 2, 2005 Report Posted January 2, 2005 Dan Dierdorf is the dumbest person on TV right now. Nah, the ESPN Sunday Night crew is a lot worse than him. It's close, but Dierdorf still takes it. He says more dumb things more often than pretty much anyone. Actually, Tim McCarver could give him a run, but that'd be about it.
Guest Failed Mascot Posted January 2, 2005 Report Posted January 2, 2005 I doubt Seattle beats Atlanta, so he's probably right about the Rams.
packwingfn Posted January 2, 2005 Report Posted January 2, 2005 Isnt Seattle playing Atlantas backups?
bob_barron Posted January 2, 2005 Report Posted January 2, 2005 I hate Chad Pennington so much right now. If the Jets somehow make the Super Bowl I will not buy a $46 Jets hat out of protest
CanadianChris Posted January 2, 2005 Report Posted January 2, 2005 Isnt Seattle playing Atlantas backups? Apparently, Jim Mora Jr. hated losing last week so much that he's playing the starters. 17-7 Atlanta on an INT=>TD by DeAngelo Hall.
CanadianChris Posted January 2, 2005 Report Posted January 2, 2005 I hate Chad Pennington so much right now. If the Jets somehow make the Super Bowl I will not buy a $46 Jets hat out of protest I think you'll still buy it, but take it back.
packwingfn Posted January 2, 2005 Report Posted January 2, 2005 So if it continues the way it is Seattle AT St Louis. Its sad that one of those teams will make the 2nd round. Im mad that Ill probably miss the GB-Minn game because im going to florida for the week and not returning until Saturday Night. And the game will probably be on Saturday Night
Guest Failed Mascot Posted January 2, 2005 Report Posted January 2, 2005 I hate Chad Pennington so much right now. If the Jets somehow make the Super Bowl I will not buy a $46 Jets hat out of protest You'd only return it anyways.
Der Kommissar Posted January 2, 2005 Report Posted January 2, 2005 Was 2001 when they only had to beat a horrible Bears team to make the playoffs or was that the season before? I think that may have been the season before. 2001 was the year they started the year 0-12. It was most memorable for the fact that they would often have the lead in the 4th quarter, then promptly blow it in the final seconds, leading Matt Millen to weep every week they lost. Honestly, Matt Millen postgame facial expressions had to be the best part of that year. I was so disappointed when they beat the Vikings. Another fun year: The 1999 season where they became one of the only teams to beat the Rams that year. Unfortunately, they promptly fell apart, and limped into the playoffs at 8-8, losing to the Redskins. That's what I like about the Cardinals, they just suck. It is not like the Lions who give you hope before they proceed to blow it.

Apparently, Jim Mora Jr. hated losing last week so much that he's playing the starters. 17-7 Atlanta on an INT=>TD by DeAngelo Hall. I like that mentality. Watching the Eagles play like a bunch of pussies the past 2 weeks has psised me off. Imagine being the fans who paid their hard earned money to watch them play their back ups. Fuck.
packwingfn Posted January 2, 2005 Report Posted January 2, 2005 ESPN.com is wrong It says that St Louis has already won the NFC West. I guess they know that Seattle will lose to Atlanta HAHAHA
Guest Failed Mascot Posted January 2, 2005 Report Posted January 2, 2005 I don't agree with every just playing the back-ups. Even Manning getting only 1 series today was stupid. Everybody needs to stay on the same page. If you have everything locked up then play conservative ball with your starters for the first quarter and then bring in your back-ups to go full force the rest.
Guest Smues Posted January 2, 2005 Report Posted January 2, 2005 Dan Dierdorf is the dumbest person on TV right now. Nah, the ESPN Sunday Night crew is a lot worse than him. It's close, but Dierdorf still takes it. He says more dumb things more often than pretty much anyone. Actually, Tim McCarver could give him a run, but that'd be about it. I was thinking you just meant NFL, if you mean all of sports no one comes close to McCarver.
Vern Gagne Posted January 2, 2005 Report Posted January 2, 2005 Incidentally, that the Rams and Vikings are going to the playoffs and the Bills and Jaguars aren't is criminal. Don't choke and lose to Pittsburgh at home playing for nothing.
