Guest The Shadow Behind You Report post Posted January 12, 2005 You know; I went and saw Finding Neverland a few days ago and I enjoyed the performences and the writing was good and the imagery was fantastic but yet I didn't like the movie if that makes sense. I didn't leave thinking "OMG! OSCAR CONTENDER!" instead "where did I park?" I don't get it; great acting, writing and didn't have a true negative thing but I just didn't like it. Guest The Shadow Behind You Report post Posted January 12, 2005 Yet later that day since I was doing a Triple Threat Theatre(stolen from the wcw gimmick) Which is three movies at three different theatres in one day... I saw Neverland, Fockers and Closer. Fockers was fun with a good crowd but Closer. DAMN. So far since i haven't seen Baby or Sideways or Rwanda...Closer is the #2 movie of 2004/5 behind Eternal Sunshine. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Guest The Shadow Behind You Report post Posted January 12, 2005 My only "beef" and it's hardly a beef really was that I had to look at Julia Roberts for that long. They couldn't find another tall better looking girl? Natalie Portman was simply hot as can be in that movie though. Clive Owens better get the Best Supporting Actor Nomination...maybe even the award.
