What's being overlooked here is basically WWE is responding to sagging PPV buyrates by raising prices and making it harder to watch their PPVs.

Truly Vince is the most brilliant mind of our time.

Which is why I feel sorry for the fools who bought such great PPVs as GAB and NYR.

The only two places I've ever heard of lower demand leading to higher prices were the entertainment industry and college book stores.

I don't the decision was based as much on WWE raising pay-per-view prices as it was Hooters no longer being able to bring enough fans in to justify the price WWE charges Sports Bars to show their events ($200+). It's been pathetic at my Hooters lately, with maybe 5 or 6 fans showing up to some of the horrible split brand pay-per-views, and in the middle of Football season it was actually hurting business because they had to reserve on side of the restaurant for wrestling when there was a wait 40 people deep who wanted to sit on the packed football side. It's a shame, I am going to miss trashy broads "flirting" with me and serving me salads that somehow end up with that orange shit from the wings in them.
