Closest thing would've been canoeing about fifty miles or so down the Wabash river. Try the myriad travel sites on the net. Orbitz gave me a reasonable deal on this outrageous hotel in New Orleans I'm staying in for Mardi Gras.

I have a sixth sense about this messageboard. It scares the fuck out of Sass.

I'm a travelling fool this year. I started out with my oft-referenced as of late florida vacation, I'm leaving for mardi gras this upcoming weekend, then I've got another week's vacation to burn somehow. Vegas, probably.

I went a year and a half ago on the Princess Criuseline and had a blast. Its almost worth it just for the food. Cost was about 1200 bucks but since I was number 30 in the list of people that went (it was for a wedding) I got my money back. Whoo! Go with a group.

I just went on a cruise to the carribean last month over winter break. It was the second cruise I've been on, and I can't wait to go on one again sometime soon. Defenitly do it for spring break. Both times I've done it with Royal Carribean and they are awesome

My wife and I went with RC a year ago right before Christmas to the eastern Carribean. We're going to go this summer to the Bahamas. We went on one of the newer, large ships - The Explorer of the Seas - and there was always something going on.

My father-in-laws advice was to stick with the eastern Carribean - the countries there are in financially better shape than those in the Western or southern Carribean. Puerto Rico kind of sucked, though.

Its almost worth it just for the food.

Yeah, our cruise director kept joking about everybody gaining ten pounds on the trip. Damn if he wasn't right.
