Guest Phenom Report post Posted February 4, 2005 That was actually quite a good match, once again Eddies cheating dosent pan out. ....hey this is my 1000th post....go me!
Tawren 0 Report post Posted February 4, 2005 Booker/Eddie was a pretty good match. The "we're equals" stuff they did throughout was good. Booker busting out the kicks early was much better than his usual random kicks at the end stuff. I liked Eddie dancing to show he was alive before breaking out of the sleeper. The ref bump actually played a unique part in the ending, unlike the usual chair shot crap. Ending was, as usual for tonight, well done and creative. Eddie tried to get too cute, Booker knew it, and Booker outsmarted him. The "damn, I messed up" look Eddie gave afterwards coupled with Booker's big smile was great. Hopefully they get a chance for a rematch that they can use to play off of stuff from this.

Guest Askewniverse Report post Posted February 4, 2005 we should think up of the next few Parodies they will/should use With the Academy Awards coming up, I'd assume they keep using Best Picture winners (both Forrest Gump and Braveheart won the Oscar). My guess is that the next parody will be something like The Silence of the Lambs. Kane - Hannibal Lector Lita - Clarice Snitsky - Buffalo Bill
Gary Floyd 0 Report post Posted February 4, 2005 Did Booker turn heel? Well, he does need to start usuing voodoo again (or at least call himself "G.I. Bro")

Come on, remember how awesome he was as a heel in WCW? Granted, this isn't WCW, and that was a while back, but still...
Guest The Shadow Behind You Report post Posted February 4, 2005 I don't think I want to see eddy rehash the strung out paranoid cheating like crazy but not in a cool way but an annoying way while he "tortures" poor insane pony riding nephew Chavo again. However; if it means a return to the Mullet...so be it.
Guest FromBeyondTheGrave Report post Posted February 5, 2005 From Smackdown, I'm guessing these will be the matches, at No Way Out... WWE Title, Barbed Wire Cage Match JBL .VS. The Big Show. No.1 Contender's Tournament, Final Kurt Angle (defeats Rey Mysterio, next week in Japan) .VS. The winner of the semi-final, (John Cena). No.1 Contender's Tournament, Semi-Final Booker T .VS. John Cena (defeats Orlando Jordan, next week in Japan). Hardcore Match Hardcore Holly .VS. Daniel Puder. Handicap Match The Undertaker .VS. Luther Reigns & Mark Jindrak, (Heidenreich/Snitsky/Kane interfere). WWE Tag Team Titles Match The Bashams .VS. The Dudley Boyz, (or Eddie & Rey). WWE Cruiserweight Title Match Funaki .VS. "Random Cruiserweight", (Billy Kidman/Chavo Guerrero/etc). I imagine they will push Cena as having to win two matches (against Booker T and Kurt Angle) in one night to face JBL at WM21. They could open the PPV with him losing the U.S. Title to Orlando Jordan in some screwjob, thus giving him three matches in one night like Kurt Angle at King Of The Ring 2001. Guest The Shadow Behind You Report post Posted February 5, 2005 They are likely keeping the U.S Title on Cena and going with a Champion Vs Champion push. Paul London would naturally be the #1 contender since he defeated the former champion and the current champion recently. I'm pretty sure they'll do Eddy and Mysterio against the Bashams leading to a miscommication spot to set up the showdown @ Mania with Eddy playing the tweener. Guest FromBeyondTheGrave Report post Posted February 5, 2005 Paul London would naturally be the #1 contender since he defeated the former champion and the current champion recently. I was thinking a heel (Kidman/Chavo, lets say Kidman) should win the cruiserweight title, at No Way Out and have London .VS. Kidman at WM21, with London winning the title. At the Heat before No Way Out, they can have London go over someone like Nunzio, or have London/Akio IV, with London going over. Then after Kidman wins the title at the PPV, they have a backstage skit, where Kidman is walking to his locker room, with the title and he bumps into London. Kidman: "Oh hey, London, how's it going...on the undercard." London: "Undercard!? Did you see match earlier tonight with Akio?" Kidman: "I'm sorry, I don't watch the B-shows, Paul...but I'm sure you were, pretty good. But, you see London, I'm BILLY KIDMAN, I just defeated the No.1 announcer on Smackdown, and one of the greatest cruiserweight champions of all time, Funaki." London: "Well, Mr. Long said I was No.1 contender to face you...at Wrestlemania. So you better start watching me, chump. Because I'm gonna beat you, and I'm gonna take your title, at my Wrestlemania debut."
Guest The Shadow Behind You Report post Posted February 5, 2005 Yeah. Using insider terms to set up WM angle. Great idea. It's going to be another Multiple Man elimination match. Hopefully not gauntlet rules though this time around.

Exslade ZX 0 Report post Posted February 5, 2005 Yeah. Using insider terms to set up WM angle. Great idea. Exactly. And, at the same time killing the credibility of their B shows, as well as the guys who wrestle on the B shows. That'll be good for business.

And, at the same time killing the credibility of their B shows, as well as the guys who wrestle on the B shows. That'll be good for business. They don't have any credibility to begin with, nor do the guys that wrestle on them. Why oh why is Booker facing Cena AGAIN? Did the world demand another chapter in this shitty feud? Did the world demand Booker jobbing to Cena for a fourth time on PPV? Why not do Cena Vs. Taker and Angle Vs. Booker with a Cena Vs. Angle final? The only reason NOT to do that is that Angle's neck may not be able to put up with it. Still, he went 25-30 on SD with Eddie, there's no reason he couldn't go for two 1--15 minute bouts with Cena and Book. What the card SHOULD be: JBL Vs. Big Show Kurt Angle Vs. John Cena Kurt Angle Vs. Booker T John Cena Vs. Undertaker Eddie Guerrero Vs. Rey Mysterio Billy Kidman Vs. Chavo Guerrero (just have Kidman beat Funaki on SD some time) Paul London Vs. Akio (No. 1 contenders match) Doug and Danny Basham Vs. Luther Reigns and Mark Jindrak A good show!
