Scroby 0 Report post Posted February 14, 2005 Basically there's a promoter near me whose running a promotion called the WCWA in Concord, CA and he also has a training school he runs but the problem is, I've never heard of him. His name is Paul Brown and he claims he's worked for the WWE but like I said I've never heard of him. So has anyone seen him work or have any info on this guy? Nightfall 0 Report post Posted February 14, 2005 A guy with that name worked a Superstars taping in 88 or 89, with someone else against HTM and Valentine. I found this link to the WCWA page. The North Cali wrestling scene isn't very strong though. If you have any way to get further down south, they have a REALLY stong scene there. If I don't end up going to a school in the east, I'll be going to SoCal. edit: I didn't know this, but there are 2 feds in Yuba City, which isn't too far from Concord.
