UZI Suicide Posted March 4, 2005 Report Posted March 4, 2005 Just wondering if anyone knows, do the WWE DVD's sell better than the old WWF Coliseum Home Video tapes did? Like does anyone have a list comparing both or somethnig. I was just interesting in seeing if more people bought tapes then or not.
spman Posted March 4, 2005 Report Posted March 4, 2005 I really don't think any sales figures from the days of Coliseum Video exist, but considering how the current DVD and VHS tapes are priced to own, while the old Coliseum Tapes were mostly priced for the rental market, I think it's safe to say the DVDs of today outsel the VHS tapes of yesterday by a large number.
Enigma Posted March 4, 2005 Report Posted March 4, 2005 I remember seeing mail-in orders for the Coliseum Video tapes in the WWF magazines and the prices were ridiculous. I think I recall a tape of IYH 3 & 4 costing $64. I only bought one Coliseum Video tape: WWF World Tour 1992. And that cost me a cool $45.
