Stryke's defense did surprise me--n00bs be tearin' it up, royally.  JD and Sacred wow again in a match I honestly did not expect them to win.  And wow, it was really good.  Those two double-team moves of theirs, the powerbomb/neckbreaker and double brainbuster...perfect.  What a team.

 

More comments tomorrow when I finish the matches, but my only complaint: wish there had been promos not pertaining to the Carnival/Bo/Thugg/Main Event storyline.  Though it's Smarkdown, so I understand.

Well, that's my fifth loss in a row.  Sigh.

 

The height of the show, for me, was Bo's promo.  Bo = versatile.

 

And JD wins a match?  Again?  And n00bs win frequently?  Why is everything so crazy?

Woo, i get to keep the Hardcore Title a little longer. I really wasn't confident of winning this time, but i guess i wrote something good enough to win.

 

Cool opening promo, the tensions between Edwin and Stubby continue to boil, and the Suicide King's the new deputy commish! That should make for some interesting developments indeed.

 

I win, but i'm still no writing as well as i could be, my matches decent at best, and if it wasn't for winning by default the last few times I probably wouldn't still be the Hardcore Gamers Champ.

 

Another promo of fun, this time Bo and the Carnival in a jolly good show, delightful promo.

 

Thugg beating The Clan duo of Thoth and Fallout, certainly no mean feat, a very nice match.

 

The revival of the tag division continues, Jay Dawg and Sacred defeating The Carnival and the former X Force 9'ers in a very good match. Da Pound turning into quite the good team, and they'll no doubt continue that into the future.

 

And quite a good main event, and it looks like we're on the way to a huge 3-way at Crossfire which will tear the house down. Bo, Edwin and Thugg will no doubt be dynomite!

 

Crossfire is certainly looking to be turning out very nicely, Erek v ELM in a ladder match for the Light Heavyweight title, and what looks like a 3 way between Thugg, Bo and Edwin for the World Title. Add in some other stuff like a big Tag title match and some other things and SWF Crossfire should continue the run of very good PPV's.

 

All in all quite a good edition of Smarkdown.

That first promo was amazingly well done. It was a wonderful read, and things like that are making the shows much better.

 

Wonderful promo, and it lifted the whole show by getting it off to a good start.

This is so weird.  This was not a tag team match.  It was a handicap match, and Thoth and I didn't have to follow any tag format.  So the tag match curse didn't apply.  But we still lost.

 

Wait...we were fighting the immortal HVT.  Now it all makes sense.

JD and Sacred keep the tag belts. I wonder how they'll lose them, which will be in a long time.

What a Main Event huh?  That was some awesome work and I would like to give credit to myself for writing such a good part, but I cant, because Edwin did the work...  Great job man, as you know in the weekends I was with my daughter and he told me not to worry, he got it covered, god bless his soul...

 

The PPV main event is almost set...  This will be an awesome PPV just because of the Main Event and oh my, I got plans...

 

That was a good show, good promos although the only promos that were there are involved in the Stubby/Bo/Thugg/Edwin/King shit..  Why dammit why?  Write Promos my people, write....

For a show that only had 2 matches on the card, I think that turned out damn good!

 

I can’t say enough good things about the tag team division!!  It’s stellar to say the least.  I hope this revitalization keeps up through the PPV.  I’m hoping for a miracle so we can get a tag title match at Crossfire, but with JD and Sacred double champs, it’s not likely.  Maybe some double bookings are in order.

 

Da Pound owns all of you!!  I’m sorry, but I have to keep bragging man.  I know I sound like Wilson a bit, but I’m just so boosted that we’ve been dominating like this.  JD and Sacred make a damn good team that, honestly, I didn’t expect to do this well.  Personally, I’d be afraid to face either of them right now…they’re on fire!

 

Edwin…my late night brainstorming friend, you did an amazing job with that opening promo!  This is coming together really nicely if I must say so myself.  

 

Bo!!  That was the funniest promo I’ve read in a while.  I was in the lab at my school laughing out loud, and this girl I know thought I’d just gone insane.  Very nice bro…very nice indeed.

 

AHHHH!!  Stryke!!  I’ve been impressed with our newbies recently, but I surely didn’t think that you’d beat Rotten.  Keep this up man...damn out newbies rock.  I’m saying though, what’s up with the bumpees recently.  Don’t they have any respect for their elders…next thing you know they’ll be demanding a title shot from me…and then they’ll beat me and I”ll cry.  DO you want to see the Thugg cry?  Huh?  Do ya?

 

Thoth and Fallout…heh…I won.  Sorry, but I wasn’t particularly impressed with my effort in that match.  I just got damn lucky again, like with Rotten no showing.  From what I understand, neither of us put our best foot forward on this one, so I don’t really feel proud about having won.  Next time, hopefully, it’ll be better…

 

Main event was tight!  I know when Edwin startred and stopped that one, and that’s damn impressive!  Nice job bringing everything together on that one…

 

I bet yall thought that we’d have a #1 contender, didn’t ya?

 

I don’t know about this 3-way on the PPV…I wouldn’t get too ahead of yourselves on this one.  Just check out Storm, that’s all I can say.

I really liked Sacred/JD match, probably one of the best tag matches evar.

 

HVT...well there wasn't much to say, but a nuclear bomb couldn't slow him down.

 

King is back, and thats a major mark out moment.
