Sure, Turner didn't do anything for WCW, but he COULD have done anything with it that he liked. With Dusty, he's working for JJ. I guess. Do the Jarrett's own any of it now? And that's the same situation with Dixie Carter. She could do almost anything she wants --- but, from what I understand, delegates the wrestling stuff to people who know what they're doing.
