Hogan with the World Heavyweight title. that'd bring back some fond WCW memories. Anyways, compare to pretty much every other show on Spike TV. a 3.9 is a goldmind. besides, isn't a 3.9 above average of what Raw has been getting these past 4 years? its still a good rating IMO. until Raw hits shit ratings like below 3.0 ala WCW Nitro than you should panic.
