Feinstein/DOI teaming up with new indy promotion?

I read on the DOI site that Rob Feinstein is joining forces with Sean the Mic and the DOI to run a fed. They supposedly are running opposite Gabe and Ring of Honor at the Murphy Rec Center. I also overheard Feinstein and Mic at that crap UXW show talking about brining in Kobashi, Misawa, Doug Williams, Shocker and Rey Buccanero. Today I heard that Homicide and Jay Lethal are doing a double shot that day.

All I know is I talked to MiC and he told me its true, so I'd assume it's accurate. I saw the DVDR post and was surprised, so I IM'ed him right away.
