You're probably right, but you have to take in consideration, as CronoT said, that this is the last chapter in the SW franchise, so people will be eager to see it (at least us SW geeks, anyway). AOTC did $116 on its 4-day weekend and I'm sure ROTS will do better. if only because of higher ticket pricing. Your final gross figure seems about right, too, but I'd peg it at about $375-$385 when it's all said and done.

I was quite surprised by this as well, and even more surprised that Kicking and Screaming came in at #2. I went to go see it late Saturday night, and there was this enormous line for Monster in Law, and there was only about 3-5 people in the entire theatre for Kicking and Screaming. Good reason to, though. Awful weekend for movies.

Basically the negative reviews are really lame, typical stuff like "The prequels suck and this one is slightly better than the other two."

 

I'm not sure what it will make really but I'm thinking something along the lines of what the first two LOTR movies did worldwide. Hell Phantom Menace did 925 million or so worldwide and that was after what had to have been bleh world of mouth. So I'll so something like 900 million worldwide, 430 million domestic.
