With Triple H continually making himself the main focus of the show, that's no surprise. Triple H did the same thing to Benoit and Orton. Whereas Orton's title reign would have most likely imploded on it's own, and Triple H's intervention only hastened it, Benoit's reign could have been much better than it turned out to be. That's a lot, but fuck it...you're gonna push these guys, they're gonna have to adjust. Do the Lita turn NOW, because no one will wait or bother ordering Vengeance to see it anyway. Lita turn, Edge wins, I'm happy. - HHH should not be on the show. I guarantee they'll show a clip of him, however. - Batista should SQUASH someone, big-time tonight. Gimme that, and maybe a tag title semi-squash and/or build up Maven & Dean, and okay. Keep the fucking Awful Heart Throbs off the show. Keep Awful Regal off the show. Start rebuilding Benoit again. EVERYONE thrown at Benoit was mowed down. - Triple H, Iron Man, BEAT YOU. - Evolution in the Elimination Match That Lasted Forever - BENOIT MAKES ORTON TAP. - Kane, in the UNWINNABLE "You Must Make Kane Tap" bout - KANE TAPS. Whatever, I could give two fucks about "how ratings did when Benoit was champ", if Benoit "started the show" or not. Benoit was champ. He beat everyone he faced. He wrestled just about every single week. Unlike Batista. Who is a horrible champion, lacks face charisma, is plodding, and watches the tournament each week. Hmm...what happened to people complaining that the show didn't open with wrestling? But instead some boring promo. Now it is opening with wrestling, and there's a complaint. Of the 3 'big' announced matches, it's the least important and should be the opener. The Gold Rush match should be last. I think this is leading to a Triple Threat IC Title match between Shelton, Jericho and Hassan. They could have opened with a boring Tag Title match or something..
