I'm currently on one of the 2 month free trails and it's up in a few days, and I know the number to call, but what exactly are they gonna ask me. For instance, do they need the credit card number? Because I'd go ahead and cancel it now, but I'm guessing they need the credit card number...which I don't know because I didn't use mine. So what's the 'process'?

Just call them and tell them you wanna not pay for the 1 year after your two months are up. I heard they offer you a free game to keep you on the service. Just call them up and tell them you don't want to pay for it after the 2 months.
Jobber of the Week Posted May 16, 2005 Report Posted May 16, 2005 I've cancelled before. You just call them up and give them your account name and off you go, more or less. I think you'll need the last four digits of the credit card number on file, but that should be it. They mainly make you call them just to make it a hassle to unsubscribe.
