Guest JMA Posted May 25, 2005 Report Posted May 25, 2005 I'd say that JBL deserves an upper-midcard spot and a long reign with the US title (and I think he would draw good in that role). I just can't see him as being a credible WWE champion. I like the main champions in any wrestling promotion to have an aura about them; something intangible that makes you take this person seriously and makes you believe that he's the cream of the crop. JBL entertains, but he doesn't really feel like a main eventer. That being said, I NEVER thought that Bradshaw would entertain me. If anything, he's proven that he belongs in a high-profile spot in WWE.
humongous2002 Posted May 25, 2005 Report Posted May 25, 2005 JBL with the U.S. title is all that he deserves in my opinion, he's not good enough to be a main eventer because he's barely watchable on a gimmicked match (I Quit, Steel Cage, Casket) or when he is being carried by an amazing performer like Eddy or Angle and his promos are very generic.
