Hoff 0 Report post Posted May 27, 2005 Short, but not without merit. Hyped the PPV very well.
Hoff 0 Report post Posted May 27, 2005 As I reread, it's worth noting that Axel's promo was balls-out awesome.
Masked Man of Mystery 0 Report post Posted May 27, 2005 Solid show all around, other than my dumb little segment which was full or errors because I didn't proofread the thing. I'm a baka.
Hoff 0 Report post Posted May 27, 2005 Man you're hard on yourself. It was fine. I'm a former champion and I average 3.2 errors a sentence. CWM has never typed a sentence WITHOUT errors. It's all good.
KingPK 0 Report post Posted May 27, 2005 For my matches, I pretty much decided that I wasn't going to worry about throwing in a whole bunch of stuff to pad it out and just hit the high points until I am comfortable enough in matchwriting to flesh things out. In this one, I wanted to get across PK's mean streak, since he wants to punish Alf and also try to psych out Jay for their PPV match. Just who DID pat Jay on the shoulder anyway? Very good intense promo from Axel. With all the moves capitalized, the six man kind of read like a Mad Lib. " The Dude Irish whips Supes into the corner, charging behind and connecting with a (adjective) (wrestling move!)" That aside, a pretty good long-ish tag match with good participation from all involved. Oooh, a verbal bitchslap by Drek. I'm loving how this is unfolding. Good tag match with Igor and Behemoth, with good commentary by Christian Wright. "Satan is Our Homeboy" still is fun to say. Pretty good job on the segment as well. I think I should have done the same thing to Charles Robinson that I did to Alf. That should be an amusing read. Good GPX/Drek promo, chock full of creamy angle furtherness. And we close things out with Axel in a squash. Not really how I'd END the show myself (I'd probably have put the 6-man there instead), but like my match, showed Axel's intensity well. Good show. School's Out should be fun.
Guest Failed Mascot Report post Posted May 27, 2005 just finished reading the 6 man tag match and I really, really enjoyed it. I could be biased since The 70s Dude was involved but Tony really wrote the character well. I liked the action and hell, I just liked everything. Very enjoyable read.
