Toxxic Posted June 5, 2005 Report Posted June 5, 2005 Extract from Wrestling Panda Newsletter for 6/3/05 Sources in South Africa say that the SWF was lucky to avoid a major incident the morning after their big show in Johannesburg when a member of the roster launched an apparently unprovoked assault on a staff member of hotel where he had been staying. According to eyewitness accounts, Toxxic attacked the receptionist after the man wished him ‘have a nice trip’. The reasons for this uncharacteristic action on the part of the former World Champion remain unclear although speculation abounds that it has something to do with his non-appearance at the Johannesburg show, believed to be the first time that Toxxic has not made a show he was booked to appear on. A hasty application of cash by SWF lawyers has prevented the receptionist in question from taking the matter further.
Guest Goodear Posted June 5, 2005 Report Posted June 5, 2005 The interesting thing about this whole Spike-Toxxic feud is that it seems to be leading down the road of double turnsville since you know, poisoning your rival isn't exactly the face-ish thing to do. Granted it could just be a heel-heel feud but bringing swarmy Toxxic back into the realm of facey face is a bit tempting since he wouldn't have to alter his moveset or match writing very much. Yes... hmmm... yes indeed.

Yes... hmmm... yes indeed. He didn't poison him - Spike put LSD in Toxxic's drink. I agree that from straight-edger to straight-edger, it was a bastardy thing to do. But that's sort of the point - Spike's made it clear that he's not a face, he's still an asshole, he's just an asshole who hates the biggest heel in the company.
