Personally, I think it's fake but it's still hilarious nonetheless. Check out the video called "interview2". I nearly pissed myself watching over and over. I d/l all the videos from this site a while back, and Danny the Tourette's Guy never fails to make me laugh my ass off. The Bob Saget video is brilliant. He just shouted out cuss words, he didn't randomly say things he just yelled out cuss words. If you want to hear a good Tourette's act listen to the JV and Elvis radio show.
