Looking at Angle's tights for tonight, I can already hear all the comic book freaks creaming themselves again, a la when he had the "Mirror Universe" tights on.

 

I really really fear the outcome of this match, because unlike most stipulation matches, this one actually has to be remembered for a while.

WWE seems to prefer putting their title matches last, even if there's another match on the card that is "bigger". Good examples are NWO2001 (HHH-Austin) and WMX-8 (Rock-Hogan) both of which were not the main event despite obviously being the big match on the show.
