Guest bort Report post Posted July 7, 2005 10) TWGTT - They pretty much owned the tag scene while they were around out classing everyone 9) The Smoking Gunns - I dont really know why but i always enjoyed them as a team, they had a good run as the WWEs top team as both faces and heels 8) The Rockers - always entertaining, had a good run 7) The RnR express - helped create the small man tag team mold 6) LOD - Big Killing machines, maybe the best drawing tag team ever 5) The Hollywood Blondes - great team, good matches, one of the main reasons i love looking at early 90's WCW 4) The Demos - Ax and Smash were a wicked combo, not techincal wizards but always entertaing.....wicked music 3) The Hart Foundation - Perfect Big/Small Man combo, had a good long run as a team, switched from heel to face easly 2) The Stieners - Just insane to watch, in early 90's wcw they were busting out stuff we dont see even today, overhead belly to bellys on vader and just overall insanly innovative stuff.... 1) The Bulldogs - Didnt really have a long run on the big stage, but they were soo fluid in the ring, constanly putting on the best matches. There style is heavly copyed today.
Guest nWoCHRISnWo Report post Posted July 8, 2005 My 10 favourite: 10. Smoking Gunns: Like them when I was little. 9. LOD: Just great as a tag team, a real powerhouse team. 8. Rockers: When the first second of their music hits, everyone gets excited. 7.British Bulldogs: Very smooth wrestling, great matches, great style. 6. Nasty Boyz: Mark in me. 5. Natural Disasters: Mark in me. 4. Money Inc.: Thought they were so good playing heels, loved both the characters of IRS and Million Dollar Man. 3. Edge & Christian: I just marked for them their entire tag run. Awesome matches and always seemed to win big matches that I never thought they would. The most entertaining team out of the ring by far as well. The 5 second pose, before it got stale, was hilarious. Their stuff with Angle is still funny to rewatch, and they could get down to business as well, like using the con-chair-to. 2. Hart Foundation: Seems like the perfect tag team combo, they counter act eachother perfectly. 1. Steiner Bros: Nobody else was like them, unique style. Completely dominated and brutalized their opponents while having great matches as well. Love their matches against the Hart brothers, and Sting & Luger the most.
