**NIGHT SHOW RESULTS**

 

As the fans were entering the arena, the ring was filled with assorted weapons, including tables, a ladder with a trash can on top, a keyboard, and other keys, as well as a table connecting the ring and the guard rail.

 

1. Dunn & Marcos defeated The Carnage Crew after Dunn gave DeVito a fireman's carry through a table, then put him on a table/ladder "bed" connected between two chairs and hit the senton through on DeVito. Match went about 10 minutes.

 

2. Azrieal defeated Jerrelle Clark with a double stomp off the top rope to the head.

 

3. Jay Lethal beat Ricky Reyes with the Dragon Suplex.

 

Colt Cabana Vs. Nigel McGinness is an Anything Goes Match.. Colt had a name for it but I couldn't make out the word....

 

4. Colt Cabana defeated Nigel McGinness. Said to be a very good match.

 

5. Homicide was the first eliminated from the World Title match after Grim Reefer threw him the chain and he used it, leading to a DQ. After this, it appeared Spanky was hurt on the outside, but then Homicide came out and attacked him, and then the ROH students came out to attack the Rottweilers, and are basically getting killed by the Rottweilers. Basically, there was chaos in the ring with the entire locker room attacking the Rottweilers. The match was ended due to Spanky's injury. They started a backup match, The Heartbreak Express Vs. Cheech & Cloudy.

 

6. The Heartbreak Express Vs. Cheech & Cloudy ended in a no-contest when James Gibson came out and destroyed both teams. GMC then came out and announced James Gibson Vs. Spanky for the title later tonight, which apparently the fans did not react kindly to. Huge "HOMICIDE" chants in response to this.

 

INTERMISSION TIME NOW

 

Alex Shelley has been given the night off. So the match will be Austin Aries & Roderick Strong Vs. Jimmy Rave & the newest member of The Embassy....Puma!

 

7. Generation Next of Austin Aries & Roderick Strong defeated The Embassy of Jimmy Rave & Puma when the dog leash tripped up Puma and Aries nailed the 450 for the pin. After the match, Mick Foley came out, telling The Embassy that they have to stop treating Jade Chung so poorly. The Embassy started to beat down Foley, and GeNext came out and made the save. Foley nailed Nana with the Double-Arm DDT in the ring.

 

8. James Gibson defeated Spanky to retain the ROH Championship. After the match, Homicide came out and attacked James Gibson. The fans were going crazy for Homicide, who got on the mic and simply said "I'm supposed to be the bad guy..."

I forgot to put that Joe made Daniels tap out to retain the Pure Title.

The crowd was said to be very upset about the decision with Homicide and that the spanky/gibson match was poorly recepted by the fans.

 

Homicide is a de-facto face against Gibson whenever they face (9/17 most likely)

Nigel v. Colt was fucking amazing though, the rest was meh.

It was just underwhelming, but then again I didn't expect much going in.

 

I did get a Nigel McGuiness shirt though, so yay for that.

I actually got a ride to this event, making this my very first ROH event ever. I followed ROH somewhat online and stuff.

 

I enjoyed Cabana/Nigel ALOT, as well as Joe/Daniels, but MY GOD....that ROH World Title situation is a COMPLETE MESS. This show turned all the fans against ROH, and they need to fix this and FAST.

 

HOMICIDE was SO OVER...he is basically ROH's "Steve Austin"...GIVE HIM THE BELT!
