Guest *KNK* Report post Posted September 11, 2005 Is it just my east coast bias or something here but doesn't the 4:00 slate of games usually suck? I always get this feeling of "I just don't care" regarding the 4:00 games.

It's the only afternoon game that concerns me and Im stuck with Packers/Lions. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I do. I just started watching it though, needed some fresh air after the first two games stunk up the place. I'm interested to see how both these teams look, but a part of me wants to see Dallas and San Diego. And seriously, I understand getting division games when the local (Giants) team isn't playing, but the two of the worst teams in the first week of the season? What sucks is I'll probably get a third of the Redskins games this year, it hasn't been pretty the last couple years....

Most 4:00 games are west-coasters playing at 1:00.
2GOLD 0 Report post Posted September 11, 2005 Bledsoe is 6 of 8 for 89 yards and a touchdown now. Hell he even has nine yards rushing. And the ball NEVER got to him on the fumble, the center bounced it off his own ass. This isn't the five wide Bledsoe, they are finally using him the way teams should have been using him and the way Parcells knows. Short drop, little routes with one man deep, just dump it off to the tight end or throw it away. This is the Julius Jones team though. No question about it. If Jason Whitten doesn't go down, Bledsoe and the Cowboys will be just fine. Which I hope they do, the guy is one of the few class acts in the NFL.
Precious Roy 0 Report post Posted September 11, 2005 Eli picked off, run back for a TD. Wasn't really his fault, reciever had two guys closing in but the ball hit his hands and he should have made the play, kind of a fluke I've yet to really catch a Zona drive, I want to see how Arrington and Shipp look
Precious Roy 0 Report post Posted September 11, 2005 Giants with a nice return up to the 44, 5 yard penalty brings em to mid field. Gotta get into the red zone here

Which makes up for the horrible games to start the day. Also, from yahoo 6:48 SF TD STL kicked off, Terry Jackson returned kickoff for 1 yard loss St. L-6 SF-39 A sign of things to come? 2GOLD 0 Report post Posted September 11, 2005 Jammer with a RIDICULOUS INT right there, if it stands. Which it won't. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> 12 men, explains why everyone was double covered. Bledsoe's BIGGEST flaw is he airs one out cause he just assumes it's an offsides penalty. It's nuts, but he isn't the only one who tries that "free deep ball" shit. And he is going to get picked off with this two minute offense crap. Or sacked like four times. One of the two.
