I heard it on the radio while coming home from work.

 

It appears that he refused to show up to the studio to work on Sunday and cited conflict with coworkers as his reason. He was promplty fired. I never really liked the guy, but it was funny watching him and Mark May go at it the past couple of years. They really hate each other.
