Recording a window that's playing a DVD

Okay, here's the thing. I've got a DVD that'll only play on my PC, and I want to record the audio & video that comes through when I watch said DVD through Windows Media Player, Power DVD etc.

 

I only want to record small files - most are only about two or three minutes, though there's one that's about 11 minutes. I've downloaded Net Transport, but that only appears to record streaming media (i.e. with a URL), but I want something that will record whatever is on my screen. Does such an application exist?

When you run it, make sure your recording source (next to the microphone volume slider) is set to Wave Out Mix. I think that'll do it for you.

Aha! Now, unless I'm being really dumb (which is entirely possible), Audacity only records audio (I gues sthe clue's in the title). I need something that records the video AND the audio - any more suggestions?
