Chazz 0 Report post Posted October 6, 2005 With The Pro Wrestling Industry as a whole In a swoon the last couple of years, I was just curious If anybody knew If The "Dirtsheets" (I.E. The Observer, The Pro Wrestling Torch, Figure 4 Weekly, etc.) were suffering as a result? I know I used to subscribe to The Torch and The Observer from about 1997-2002, but have not resubscribed since then. A combo of general disinterest In The Product as well as being able to get all the info. free of the net were my 2 deciding factors. Anybody know or have any guesses? CanadianChris 0 Report post Posted October 6, 2005 I can't see how there'd be any impact. Hardcore smarts remain hardcore smarts. The casual fans who are departing in droves wouldn't have any interest in dirtsheets.
Nightfall 0 Report post Posted October 7, 2005 I just started gettin the Observer a few months ago, and I think I will be sticking with it for years to come. I'm pissed at myself for not getting it 10 years ago. I'd love to get a bunch of back issues.

Guest Amy Ace Report post Posted October 8, 2005 Dirtsheets?! Geez you sound like Vince. BTW- If you wanna know how business is e-mail Dave Meltzer and ask him. He's a pretty cool dude and he never seems to mind answering my questions.
