Font size problem. HELP!!!!!

Now my font is to big, and I don't know what the problem is. The big fonts also show up when I read some sites depend on which one it is. It's like the picture above.

 

How do I fix this?

View --> Text Size --> Decrease for Firefox

For I.E. it's basically the same thing. It's at the top in one of the scrolldown bars. Just look for Text Size.

 

For AIM, it's in your preferences.
