I think straight up banning PBP's without giving them a chance to prove they've "changed" is stupid.

Then there should be a set time for how long they stay away. And if they come back before that time is up then the period is increased.

If we're talking about Choken, he's been back for a few months and had well over 3000 posts. I'd say that's more than enough of a chance
