I saw the pic and I was like "Thats are a woman's hands! Whasupwitdat?"

 

Maybe the "Hurri-stalker" has some "hurri-incrimating evidence" of the Hurricane and a woman that he wasn't supposed to be with or something.

 

Its kinda cool how they are spending time with a cruiser angle, even if its starting to not make a lick of sense.
