Put the disk in, put the memory card in, boot it up.

 

You'll copy the saves from the disk to one of your memory cards. There's a help menu to tell you exactly how.

 

The GameSaves disk also has a built in memory manager that lets you copy saves, even if they aren't able to be copied normally (you can copy your network config settings and copy-protected saves like MK Deception).

I thought you meant the GameSaves accessory, which is just that..saves on a cd. I haven't had any problems with it, and it was recognized by my PS2 slim, shockingly.

 

I don't think the Dexdrive made it to PS2, though.

Shit, you should get a Codebreaker. You don't have to have one of their products to do downloads of gamesaves. All you need is a USB-compatible pen drive and a Codebreaker version 7 or higher. The latest one is the 9.1, and you just select the Day1 option from the menu.
