Ravenbomb 0 Report post Posted January 7, 2006 Ok, I bought a Gamesave Gameshark thing today, but I can't figure out how to download a gamesave and copy it to my memory card. How do I do this?
AndrewTS 0 Report post Posted January 8, 2006 Put the disk in, put the memory card in, boot it up. You'll copy the saves from the disk to one of your memory cards. There's a help menu to tell you exactly how. The GameSaves disk also has a built in memory manager that lets you copy saves, even if they aren't able to be copied normally (you can copy your network config settings and copy-protected saves like MK Deception). Ravenbomb 0 Report post Posted January 8, 2006 oh, nonono, I meant download from a website, like Gamefaqs or Gameshark.com
Renegade 0 Report post Posted January 8, 2006 You need something like a max drive or dex drive. I don't really recommend it though since it corrupted my memory card.

AndrewTS 0 Report post Posted January 9, 2006 I thought you meant the GameSaves accessory, which is just that..saves on a cd. I haven't had any problems with it, and it was recognized by my PS2 slim, shockingly. I don't think the Dexdrive made it to PS2, though.
Guest InuYasha Report post Posted January 10, 2006 Shit, you should get a Codebreaker. You don't have to have one of their products to do downloads of gamesaves. All you need is a USB-compatible pen drive and a Codebreaker version 7 or higher. The latest one is the 9.1, and you just select the Day1 option from the menu.
