naiwf 0 Report post Posted January 30, 2006 The reason I don't like ESPN is I know for a fact if Roddick had won they would've trimmed some of the match to show his victory celebration/speech. naiwf 0 Report post Posted January 30, 2006 Didn't they cut out some of the 6-0 set? It was 3-0, I changed the channel for about 2 or 3 minutes, came back and saw that the set was over. I'm guessing they cut at least 2 games out of that set, and could have easily just skipped a commercial break if they didn't want to trim any more of the match. I do agree that we didn't really need to see the first race instead of the speech, it's not as if that race was for an Olympic gold or something of that caliber.
