How do you convert VHS/DVD/CD footage to your

All right, so let's say you want to take some wrestling footage you have on VHS, CD, or DVD. How would you be able take that footage and make it available for download in yousendit/rapidshare/megaupload/etc form?

 

I don't know anything about this but I thought it might be cool if I could give a few matches to the masses.

You need a video capture card in your computer. You can get them just about anywhere.

You Can also Get a Digital Video convert, To convert the VHS to you computer. Also about the CD's & DVD's you can usually find anyprogram to convert the video to your hard drive.
