As far as I know only Gameshark 3 and above or Code Breaker 2 will work. I got these from somebody who has Gameshark v3 so I know they work on that, but Code Breaker I'm not certain. I see on the website that they're up to version 9 so I have my doubts.

Inuyasha has a Code Breaker so he may want to elaborate/correct.

The code:

Yeah I can do a search for you.

Okay, here's the codes for the CodeBreaker. I highly reccomend it over the G$. You can probably find it at Wal-Mart for $20. If they don't have it, Best Buy or Radio Shack should. Go to RS last; they're more expensive there. Also, if you have a pen drive, you don't even have to put in the codes manually. You can download them directly to a PS2 memory card with the Day 1 feature on the 8.0 and higer CB's. Also, you don't have to worry too much about compatibility. The only CB's you can get now are either 8.2, or 9.0 or higher. These codes will work with any CB 7.0 or higher.

It seems that Sony learned the opposite lesson from Nintendo's example of using the GBA and GC connectivity to get unlockables and secrets. To the best of my knowledge, Nintendo doesn't do that anymore.

Now if only Sony would release something like the Virtual Boy, and spend about $1 billion on it. :asshole2:

J82: Hey, it happens. I purchased a dirt-cheap Action Replay (not Max), only to find out that Sony's design of the slim jim PS2 effectively makes the original Action Replay worthless. It doesn't even recognise the disc, although the PS1 code disc still works.
