One armed figure in Package- Worth more?

A local store near me has a Punisher figure in Mint condition other than the fact that his arm has fallen off. is this going to make him more valuable if I buy it and leave it in the package?

It won't do anything but lower the value of the figure. If it was an error and the missing arm was not in the package it might be more valuable, but only to the handful of people who collect defective toys.

 

I'd pass on it.
