JST 0 Report post Posted March 22, 2006 Ultimate is what you need. Boatload of extras. Picture quality is less important for me.

Ravenbomb 0 Report post Posted March 22, 2006 isn't the Extreme Edition the one with the commentary track?
Youth N Asia 0 Report post Posted March 22, 2006 yeah, Extreme has commentary from Cameron and a co-writer
DMann2003 0 Report post Posted March 22, 2006 Yes, Cameron's first with co-writer William Wisher and it's a kickass one too I had both but eventually sold the Ultimate and kept Extreme, I do care about Picture Quality, and this is one of the best The Ideal set would be a 3 disc set with the Pic quality and commentary of the Extreme version and the two bonus discs from the Extreme and Ultimate versions. SuperJerk 0 Report post Posted March 25, 2006 I own Ultimate Edition because of the extras, and it has the theatrical cut (which I think Cameron actually said he preferred on the Extreme Edition DVD commentary).
Guest Vitamin X Report post Posted March 25, 2006 Which is the one that has all the deleted scenes as part of the movie? (or rather, I guess it'd be the director's cut?)
SuperJerk 0 Report post Posted March 26, 2006 Which is the one that has all the deleted scenes as part of the movie? (or rather, I guess it'd be the director's cut?) Both Extreme and Ultimate have the original director's cut. Ultimate also includes the rare "Sarah Connor as an old woman and John as a politician" ending as an extra.
