I'm too tired to even move.  I had a frickin' b-ball tournament today, which i got up for at 7 and got home from at 7ish.  Plus, i stayed up for Lakers/Kings.  I'm too tired to stand, let alone go out, so you people are stuck obliging me by predicting.  On to the predictions!

 

 

SINGLES MATCH

Xstasy vs. Fallout

* Both of these guys are great writers, but the question is will X write?  I don't know, but even if he does, this one is going to Fallout, who's gonna start climbing up to the top after his odd transistion championship reign from Sacred to Sacred...

 

TRIPLE THREAT MATCH FOR THE US TITLE

Annie Eclectic vs. Durandal vs. Xero

* Ooo...lot of potential here.  I wish Durandal was still Flesher, and just because he isn't, I'm not going to pick him.  Annie beat Xero by default on Storm, but a win is a win, so Miss Eclectic picks up the win and championship.

 

POLE MATCH FOR THE HARDCORE TITLE

Ash Ketchum © vs. Stryke

* I don't know if Ash's win was a fluke or not, but he's 1-0 against me and already beat Raynor back in the day.  But Stryke's my boy, and you never know if I'm going to need a littie run-in to get warmed up for the main event...

 

NON-TITLE SINGLES MATCH

Chris Wilson vs. El Luchadore Magnifico

* I'm hoping I at least make this competitive.  Ummm....I'll give the win to the Avalanche.  They need something after the shalacking they got.  My idea for a 12-OT thriller went down the tubes pretty quick.  Maybe we can give it to France.  PTI said that was the biggest upset ever, and they're smart, so I believe them.

-Ummm..... Well, I don't know much about X, and I've been watching some impressive matches from Fallout recently, so I'll say Fallout.

 

TRIPLE THREAT MATCH FOR THE US TITLE

Annie Eclectic vs. Durandal vs. Xero

-I wish Durandal were still Flesher too. And it really doesn't matter if Annie's win was default, we all got to read the quality of the match. Xero's a tough competitor, and you can't count him out. Still, I gotta vote for the Clansman in this one. Go-go speed racer. I mean Durandal.

 

POLE MATCH FOR THE HARDCORE TITLE

-Hmm..... Pokemon, psycho. Pokemon, psycho. Ash is on a roll.... hmm...... let's say Ash, just because thats what my mood says as I'm writing this out.

 

NON-TITLE SINGLES MATCH

Chris Wilson vs. El Luchadore Magnifico

-Well, I know nothing about Wilson, and ELM always puts on a show. Let's see how impressive Wilson can be, cause I'm not calling this match. Never pick the main event. Then you'll never pick it wrong.

* X is gonna take this one, and Fallout will remember this thing we call "losing" that happens frequently to mere mortals.

 

TRIPLE THREAT MATCH FOR THE US TITLE

Annie Eclectic vs. Durandal vs. Xero

* I'd say Annie, but Flesher (screw Durandal, it sounds like a Dodge SUV) could win it too. Annie to win.

 

POLE MATCH FOR THE HARDCORE TITLE

Ash Ketchum © vs. Stryke

* Ash seems to be hot, but Stryke ain't doing too bad himself. I'll take Stryke to win the title back and set off a nice little rivalry.

 

NON-TITLE SINGLES MATCH

Chris Wilson vs. El Luchadore Magnifico

* Wilson's good, but he's still rusty, and the Luchadore's been cold lately. ELM to break out with a win over Wilson.

-> This should be a very good match, both fantastic writers. X is just back, and may have a little bit of rust, while Fallout's great as always, so i think Fallout will win here.

 

TRIPLE THREAT MATCH FOR THE US TITLE

Annie Eclectic vs. Durandal vs. Xero

-> After JD's second title stripping we'll see a new US champ in town. 3 good writers, all more than capable of winning their first piece of WF gold. Should be close, but Annie E is back in form, and i think she'll be just too much for Xero and Durandal in this one.

 

POLE MATCH FOR THE HARDCORE TITLE

-> This should be fun. I'll certainly be looking to write my best to become a two time Hardcore champ, and i wont make the mistakes i made in my Crossfire match. I'll still probably lose though.

 

NON-TITLE SINGLES MATCH

Chris Wilson vs. El Luchadore Magnifico

-> Quite a nice main event, Wilson and ELM should tear the house down. Two very good writers, this'll be very close for sure. Very hard to pick, but i'll go with my associate Wilson to pick up the victory and continue his winning form since returning.

Agreed with Chris. It depends if X writes... and if he does, than a hell of a guy to be shaking off the rust against. I'll say Fallout wins here, and then he and Tom should unite for the sake of parity and start ripping it up with the Clan. At least, that's what he told me he wanted to do.

TRIPLE THREAT MATCH FOR THE US TITLE

Annie Eclectic vs. Durandal vs. Xero

Tom is my homie, yo. I'm compeled to vote for him, even if I secretly feel he's going to get shelled. The clannie for the title, in a very close match.

POLE MATCH FOR THE HARDCORE TITLE

Ash is on the hot streak of his career... but I dub Stryke the 'Mayor of No-Man's Land' as far as his hardcore ability goes. Cheezy, but all the other nifty names were taken. Anyway, it all depends on what they can do with the poll stipulation thingie. Sorry, Stryke, but I think that Ash's TOO MUCH~! writing style will make the best of it...

I dunno' what the hell Wilson was babbling on about in his post, but anyway, this should be lovely. Yeah, 'lovely'. I can't think of anything better. It can't be gold all the time, guys. Wilson is no doubt a little rusty, but I disagree that ELM is cold, not after the PPV ladder match, I'd say. I'm going to go with the luchadore... BUT! I'll expect the Wilson/King relationship to be broadened on in this match. Obviously. We just can't have a WF main event that ends cleanly now, can we? Tch, sacrilege!

 

WINNER: Senior Magnifico.

-Ah, what a way to open the show.  Two of our finest.  A lot of people have mentioned that X probably has rest, but do remember that he's only been away for two months, and at that time he was writing some of the best matches of the career and almost becoming the world champion.  It's going to be tight, but I give the nod to X to pull a win for his return.

 

TRIPLE THREAT MATCH FOR THE US TITLE

Annie Eclectic vs. Durandal vs. Xero

-See, JLers?  Work hard so that you can get bumped and be going for the US title in your third WF match!  I'm glad we didn't end up doing another tournament, and all three of these folkle could do fine things with the belt.  I'd like to see Annie win so that we could have a second Zany Champ in the fed and because FACES ROCK~!, but predictomode me is gonna say that Durandal juuuuust gets it going to grab the belt, which puts a little more on the line for his seeming program with Ash.

 

POLE MATCH FOR THE HARDCORE TITLE

-Pole match, eh?  What this means is that somebody's probably going to have to bust out a ladder to get to it, and both these guys have some fiery skills when it comes to getting extreme.  I'm going to say that a rejuvenated Stryke, having learned a little extra evil off of working with Chris Wilson, wins his title back.  BUT~!  What I really would mark out for, no matter who wins this match, is a three-way feud between Stryke, Ash, and Durandal.  Maybe I just mark-out for matches where two belts are on the line at the same time, but I think it'd be mad clutch, yo.

 

NON-TITLE SINGLES MATCH

Chris Wilson vs. El Luchadore Magnifico

-Old-skool!  For those who weren't around, Magnifico was one of Wilson's proteges last summer in the IGNWO, one of our most dominant heel stables, and at the Genesis II PPV, the student overthrew the master, pinning his HANDS TO THE MAT BY DRIVING MEXICAN FLAGS THROUGH THEM.  So, uh, yeah.  These guys have just a smiiiiiidgen of history, I'd say.  It's gonna be fantastic, and honestly I don't know who's going to win, so I'll do what I always do when it's too close: go with the Carnie.  Rock on, Mexico!

When X writes he is one hell of a competitor, Fallout on the other hand is a great writer himself. Though I think it will come down to the end, who wants this match more will win the match

If Ash writes well and not pull himself over too much, he will win, but if Stryke writes his traditional hardcore ways, I smell a two time champ.

-I've read one Ash match and one Stryke match ever. Ash vs. Durandal where Ash won the title, and Stryke vs. Erek for the title. Stryke's Iron Man match was better by a tad, so I'll go with him.
