Better to have treatable thyroid problems then to drop dead.

 

If he stays clean, he should be alright. I know the man's done more drugs than any normal man should be able to, but he's not goin' the Jake route, yet anyway.

 

Now, if he suddenly finds God and is all preachy and cheerful, it's probably a relapse goin' on.

 

Then it's time to worry.
